本单元是围绕家人展开话题的。要求学生掌握基本的家庭成员的称呼以及生活中常见的职业。并能运用句型询问他人家庭基本情况,以及询问他人职业,并对他人的询问能做出正确的回答。本课是本单元的第五课时,主要介绍了几种生活中常见的职业,以及如何询问职业。要求学生能在情景中使用句型,询问他人的职业,并能对他人的询问做出相应的正确的回答。让学生明白各种职业都有其存在价值,各行各业都是平等的。

评议分析
谈话中复习his和her并感知句型 What’s his/her…?为学习本课句型作铺垫。
直入本课主题jobs并由单词job的发音引出人物Bob
句型由 What’s your job?过渡到What’s his job?并在情境中进行句型的操练。
发音的小拓展,帮助学生感知语音的拼读规律,自主拼读,体验成功。
从单词“形”的角度,由旧知引出新词,便于学生记忆和理解单词的意思。
从句型的问答操练转换成小语篇的练说,实现了学以致用,增强了学生综合运用语言的能力。
情感教育让让学生知道各种职业都是高尚的,职业没有高低贵贱之分,对各种职业的从业者都要尊重。

3.引出话题job
T: I’m a teacher. You’re students. Yes? So teacher is my job. Do you know “job”? Today we’ll talk about jobs.
板书并操练job,举例“o”的发音 dog,box

Step2 Presentation
1.教学doctor
(1)由单词Bob引出,
T:Bob is a boy’s name.Look!He is my friend.
Bob is his English name.And what’s his Chinese name? Let’s ask him: What’s your name?
CAI声音:I am Li Xiaobo.
T:How about his job? Let’s ask him: What’s your job?
CAI声音:I am a doctor.
操练doctor,发音举例,并让学生说一说:
a…doctor
(2)T:We also can ask like this.
CAI出示句型: What’s his name?
He is….
What’s his job?
He is a ….
操练句型:What’s his job?
Ss work in two,ask and answer.
2.教学nurse
(1)CAI出示Bob妹妹的照片,
T: Look,this is Bob’s sister. What’s her name?
Ss: She is….
T: What’s her job? Is she a doctor?
Ss::No.
由此引出 She is a nurse.操练nurse
(2)Try to read拓展“ur”的发音:purse, purple, hamburger
Ss work in two,ask and answer.
(3)CAI图片:Nurse Dudu,Nurse Mimi,
Nurse Lulu,让学生说I like…. She/He is a nurse.She/He is…She/He has….
(4)Let’s chant
巩固doctor和nurse,并呈现They are helpful.
3、教学cook
(1)CAI出示Bob叔叔的照片,
T: Look,this is Bob’s uncle.He has a white hat
and white clothes.Is he a doctor?
Ss:No.
由此引出He is a cook.操练cook
(2)Ss practise with the parter,ask and answer.
4、教学farmer
(1)CAI出示Bob爸爸的照片,教师描述He can work on the farm.由farm+er=farmer引出He is a farmer.操练farmer并练说句子:The farmer can work on the farm.
(2)Ss practise with the parter, ask and answer.
5、教学driver
(1)CAI出示Bob妈妈的部分遮盖的照片,通过听声音让学生猜,引出driver并操练。
(2)图片展示各种driver,如:car driver,bus driver等,并让学生编chant加以巩固。
Step3 Consolidation&Extension
1、归纳总结Bob的家庭,让学生听Bob介绍家人以及他们的职业的一段话,用表格列出Bob的家庭成员及他们的职业,学生进行ask and answer,练说句型What’s your father’s job? My father is a…..并会进行替换问答。
2、呈现Bob描述他妹妹的一段话:
I love my sister.Her name is Li Xiaomei.
She is a nurse.She is quiet and beautiful.
She has big eyes and long hair.
I love my sister.
让学生模仿这段话来说一说他们喜欢的人,比如爸爸、妈妈、老师、朋友等。
I love my ________.Her/His name is _________.She/He is a ______ (职业).She/He is________.(特征)She/He has ________________.
I love my _______.
3、情感教育
列举一些其他职业,如basketball player,singer,policeman,worker,cleaner并进行简单的介绍,告诉学生:
Every job is good.
Every job is helpful.
