1.) This part is the third lesson in this unit. It continues to talk about shopping in the supermarket. It has the Ss understand, ask and answer about position.

Step I Warm-up and lead in
1. Greetings.
2. Qs:How are you today? How is the weather today? What’s your favorite food?
3. T: Where did I go on last weekend? Can you guess? Park? Beach? Zoo? Supermarket? Show pictures and ask Ss to guess.
4. Tell the Ss that I like fruit and snacks. So I always go to the supermarket for shopping. Show the Ss some photos, have the Ss guess: what did I buy? Review the words in lesson 1.
Step II Presentation and practice
1. Show the photo of Bobo and Dongdong, tell the Ss that they go to the supermarket, too. Close your book, listen to the tape, and answer two questions.
2. Open your book, listen again, repeat the dialogs after the tape, then, choose the right answers.
3. Read the dialogs together loudly. Complete the sentences.
4. Read the dialogs quietly, choose T or F.
5. Read the dialogs in groups, then, role-play the dialogs.
Step III Project.
1. Show a picture of the supermarket.

Step IV. Wrap-up
Complete the short passage and retell the dialogs:
Bobo and Dongdong are in the _____________. Bobo can’t find her ____. Dongdong helps her, they look for it together. The ball isn’t in front of the ______________, it isn’t ________ the candy, too. Aha! The ball is _____ the apples. They are very happy!
