应用文写作——道歉信
技法指导
道歉信是指因过失或疏忽给别人带来麻烦或损失后，写信给对方赔礼道歉的信件。道歉是一种礼貌，道歉信要写得坦率、诚恳。
道歉信通常包括三部分内容：
(1)向对方表示歉意。
(2)说明道歉的原因，对失误或错误进行解释(一般要求自由发挥)。
(3)提出补救措施，请求原谅。
注意：语言要诚恳，理由要真实。好的道歉信不仅会取得对方的谅解，还会增进彼此的感情。
经典句式
1．常用开头句式：
I am writing to make an apology to you for ...
我写信是因为……向你道歉。
I regret to inform you that I can't attend the meeting on Friday.
很遗憾地告知你我不能参加周五的会议了。
I sincerely apologize for what I said that day. I didn't mean to hurt you.
我诚挚地为那天我说的话向你道歉。我不是有意伤害你的。
I will be very grateful if you can listen to my explanation.
如果您能听我解释，我将不胜感激。
Much to my regret, I am unable to ... And I wish that my apology would help to some extent.
非常遗憾我不能够……希望我的道歉在某种程度上能起到作用。
I am sorry to tell you that I can't go to the bookshop with you on Friday afternoon as we planned last week. I am writing to apologize for breaking my promise.
我很遗憾地告诉你我不能按照我们上周的计划周五下午和你一起去书店了。我为自己不能遵守承诺向你道歉。
I sincerely apologize for my careless mistake as well as any inconvenience thus caused to you.
我真诚地为我的粗心错误以及由此给您带来的任何不便道歉。
2．常用主体段句式：
To make up my fault, I will ...
为了弥补我的过失，我将……
We assure you that such a matter will never happen again.
我们向您保证，此类事件绝不会再发生。
I'm sorry I can't give the book back to you on time as I promised before. But I will buy a new one for you later.
我很抱歉不能遵守之前的承诺按时把书还给你。但是之后我会为你买一本新的。
With the final exam around the corner, I was so occupied preparing for the exam that I forgot the appointment ... could we find a suitable time to have a get－together so that I can make up for my careless mistake?

3．常用结尾句式：
