Ok , good morning, i am glad to meet you ,thank you very much you give an interview opportunity , my english name is John , i was born in a small village of Hubei province and graduated from xxxxxx University , my major is mechanical design , manufacturing , automation and got bachelor's degree .
I have four years abundant working experience, after graduated , I engaged in motorcycle/automotive hydraulic brake product development and design , automobile water tank design , cleaning equipment development and design , I have 3 projects management experience .
I am familiar with TS16949 quality system , master the APQP、CP、FMEA、PPAP；i'm familiar with product development process ,technical communication with customer , product structure design , assistance purchaser selection and validation supplier , handle customer complain and provide technical support etc .
Because my first job . I love automobile industrial ,I think automobile industrial is a large field , it have standard management 、normal work process , so i want enter this trade , i definitely your company through internet and Karen's introduce , i think your company will have great prospects .and project purchase is a challenge to me , i want to accept this challenge , i will work hard , continue learning , i hope you can accept me .

A plastic part price include material price、process price、package and transport fare、management fare;
Material include part actually mass price and scrap material price ;
Process price is moulding cycle (multiply) single price (divide) number of cavity ;
ü ⒁I.e. Electronics part market hot, means all the manufacturer need this parts. Then the supplier asks for a price increase(no break down), what would you do? Auto Assembly Plan can either accept a price increase as well. If MQ do it, you will lost the project in the coming years

First , we must pay attention to market change . Include price and market demand . Early prevention price rise ,prepare negotiate with suppliers .
