Here is an example.Show the following.Step Reading and writing (3a, 3b: P69)In this procedure, ask students to read the letter and finish 3a. T: Now look at the letter in 3a. This is Janes message to her friend. Therere seven sentences in this letter. Lets read this letter in this way. First, Row 1 read the first sentence, then Row 1 and 2 read the second sentence, then Row 1, 2 and 3 read the third sentence. and all of you read the last sentence. After reading, please write down what she does at 7:30 and 8:30. Check the answers. Then ask students to practice using the words and phrases in the passage. T: Now work in two groups. Boys are Group A and girls are Group B. First I say a phrase, and then I say Group A or Group B.
