赋能区域资源Revitalising Regional Resources京杭大运河的开凿和贯通，是先人在工业化到来之前通过与自然不断斗争最终与其和谐相处的产物，是我国乃至世界重要且珍贵的物质与文化遗产汇集廊道。我国的大运河是世界唯一保留原始功能的“活态”遗产，至今依然承载着现代生活中灌溉、货运、泄洪和水资源调配的原始功能。如何让大运河延续“活态”并保持活力，系统性、整体性地保护大运河，使其更好地向世界展示中华文明，是后续保护工作中面临的最大挑战。团队提出了以“空间基因”视角深人挖掘京杭大运河自身存在的空间、景观、历史、文化特征及其演进、传承的关系。通过整体性研究，寻找不同地域文化下京杭大运河遗产传承的共性，以期更好地对运河遗产做出整体性、完整性、连续性的保护与活化利用。挖掘共性中的个性，突出表现运河遗产保护的唯一性和不可复制性，同时也彰显不同区域不同城市的特色魅力，为城市特色空间基因的挖掘、历史文化演进规律的再现、历史记忆的恢复以及地方情感的维系奠定基础。在杭州、嘉兴、常州等城市的运河沿线规划实践中，对空间基因技术在运河遗产保护与利用中的应用进行了探索。口The excavation and opening of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal is a product of our ancestorscontinuous struggle with nature before the advent of industrialization and their eventual harmoniouscoexistence with it.It is an important and precious corridor of material and cultural heritage in Chinaand even in the world.Chinas Grand Canal is the only living heritage in the world that has retainedits original functions,which still carries the original functions of irrigation,freight transportation,flood relief and water resource allocation in modern life.How to keep the Grand Canal alive andSOTvibrant,protect the Grand Canal systematically and holistically,and allow it to better demonstrateChinese civilisation to the world is the biggest challenge in the subsequent conservation work.The team proposes to deeply explore the spatial,landscape,historical and cultural characteristicsof the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal and their evolution and inheritance from the perspective ofthe space gene.Through holistic research,the team search for the commonality of the heritageinheritance of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal under different regional cultures,with a view tobetter protecting and utilising the heritage of the canal in a holistic,complete and continuous manner.By exploring the individuality in the commonality,the uniqueness and irreproducibility of the canalheritage protection are highlighted.At the same time,the characteristic charms of different cities indifferent regions are also manifested,so as to establish a foundation for the excavation of the spacegene of the urban characteristics,the reproduction of the laws of historical and cultural evolution,the restoration of the historical memories as well as the maintenance of the local sentiments.Theapplication of the space gene in the protection and utilisation of canal heritage has been explored inthe planning practice along the canals in Hangzhou,Jiaxing,Changzhou and other cities.DUAN Jinand SpaceGene Inhertiance京杭运河杭州拱墅区段沿河地带城市设计Urban Design of Riverside in Hangzhou Gongshu District ofthe Beijing-Hangzhou Canal1998年，根据杭州市“建经济强市，创文化名城”的战略，大运河所在的拱墅区结合实际情况，提出了建设拱墅新城的“五个1 0”发展目标，即以拱宸桥地区旧城改造启动为起点，用1 0 年时间改变1 0 km的旧城面貌，达到“改善1 0 万人的居住条件，建设1 0 个精品亮点，营造1 0 里文化景观带”的目标，并通过旧城改造展示和反映运河文化风貌，使之真正成为杭州“居住天堂”的重要组成部分。基于“文化保护优先”的理念，对现存历史遗迹加以严格保护，并进行系统联通，依靠对历史文化遗产的再利用，重新创造一个富有文化内涵的居住与综合性商业旅游区；基于“生态保护优先”的理念，严格保护运河沿岸生态绿化，并以生态空间为轴，形成绿化与公建沿河、居住向外的总体格局，通过绿化系统主要成员：段进，刘红杰，汤蕾，将运河生态带渗透至居住区内部；同时打造公张晓冬，黄倩，等项目面积：6 3 0 hm设计时间：2 0 0 1-2 0 0 2901Main Members:DUAN Jin,LIUHongjie,TANG Lei,ZHANG Xiaodong,HUANGQian,etc.ProjectArea:630hm?DesignPeriod:2001-2002和连续性，并在此基础上打造五大沿岸特色节点（图1）。基于该地区原有的空间格局基因，以鱼骨状的绿化与水体空间系统串联起多种城市空间，形成其空间骨架体系，并通过对沿岸建筑高度的控制形成体系与形态特色分明的空间系统；街道设计遵循传统的街道空间尺度基因，分析传统店铺建筑，提取不同类型建筑的特色因子，以此为依据，结合不同功能成组成片组织街道立面形式；利用现有水网系统，在居住区内增加水网密度，引水人户，再现“枕水而居”的特色空间基因。该方案在国际性方案投标中中标，如今规划区域均已建设完成。方案中所确定的空间结构、道路骨架、用地总体布局均得到了落实，历史文化遗迹也得到了较好的保护与利用，运河两岸绿树成荫、鸟语花香，拱墅区运河沿岸众的滨河活动和特色场所，适当增加运河沿岸已经成了杭州的特色旅游景区和受市民追捧的开放空间面积，确保运河沿岸空间的公共性的优质居住区之一（图2-6）。口11总平面2更新前运河沿岸3更新前运河两岸4运河两岸界面5滨河公园鸟瞰6京杭大运河、余杭塘河与小河三河交汇100200400mNOFTM空间基因传承：段进46ZOTDUAN Jin andSpaceGene Inhertiance
