射线仪表安装注意事项:
1.
所有点检测器(带灰色铅罩的探头)都要把带灰色铅罩那端对准设备中心线。
All the point detectors have to be mounted in correct direction; sensitive part must be at the centre-line of the vessel.
2.
所有点检测器的电缆出口都必须朝下、以免凝结水进入。
All cable entries must be at lowest position/cable going to detector from bottom.
3.
最上面的两个检测器(2501、2502)必须加遮阳罩以免太阳直射使检测器温度过高。
In order to avoid direct sunshine, 2 detectors of 2501& 2502 should have a top cover.
4.
对于料位开关,检测器的支架总是高于放射源铅灌的支架。
For level switch, the bracket of the detector is always higher than the bracket of the shielding.
5.
连续料位2503,放射源铅灌的安装空间不够宽。因为铅灌的直径是190毫米,底板宽度是120毫米,而现在安装挂钩顶端距结构梁的距离只有90毫米,建议将次距离增加100毫米,否则无法安装。
For LT 2503, the space from the bracket to the frame is too small to put the shielding in position. as the shielding diameter is 190mm. The mounting plate of the shielding is 120mm wide. But the current space is only 90mm. We suggest increase the space up to 190mm. Otherwise, no way to installation.
安装步骤:(Mounting schedule):
1.
安装二次表、准备好电源。(Mounting evaluation unit, getting power ready).
2.
安装检测器。(Mounting the detectors)
3.
连接以上两者之间的电缆。(Connecting the cables between evaluation unit and detector)
4.
加电检查仪器是否正常(No error Message display),要测量棒探头天然射线本底计数率。(Power on all instruments to see if each on is OK. For the rod detector(2507), it is better to measure the background CPS.)
5.
最后安装放射源(铅灌)。(Installing shielding at last just before calibration)
标定次序:(Calibration steps)
1.
对每个连续测量;都要先测量空罐(0%)再加催化剂、测量不同的高度、直到100%。
For each continue level measurement, do empty (0%) calibration first, add catalyst at different level & do different calibration until 100%.
2.
先标定2501、再标2503、最后标定2507。标定期间不能下雨。
Calibration from top to bottom, First 2501, Second 2503 and last 2507. No calibration during the raining.
3.
标定闭锁料斗两个开关的位置(确定循环量)、用铅板测试开关的响应时间。
In order to get precise amount of circulation, determining two switches position. Using lead plates to test reaction time.
