【摘要】 目的 观察中西医结合治疗肥胖型 2 型糖尿病的临

床疗效，并探讨其作用机制。方法 将 120 例肥胖型 2 型糖尿病患者随

机分为 2 组。对照组 60 例口服降糖药二甲双胍 2 片，每日 3 次。治疗

组 60 例在对照组治疗基础上加服养阴清热活血消脂汤，每日 1 剂，每

日服 3 次。2 组均 6 周为 1 个疗程，1 个疗程后统计疗效。结果 治疗

组总有效率 78.3%，对照组总有效率 58.3%，2 组比较差异有统计学意

义（P＜0.05） 治疗组在降低总胆固醇、甘油三酯，改善全血黏度（高 。

Study of effect of integrated traditional Chinese

medicine and western medicine on obese patients with type 2

diabetes mellitus

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinic effect of

integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and western medicine on

obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and to find its

mechanisms. Methods 120 obese patients with type 2 diabetes

mellitus were randomly divided into control group and treatment

group. The patients in the control group were given metformin

hydrochloride 2 tablets, tid. The patients in the treatment

group were given Yangyinqingre-huoxueqingzhi decoction 1dose,

tid. in addition to the same treatment as the ones in the control

group. The course of both groups were 6 weeks. Results The total

effective rate was more significant in treatment group (78.3%)

than that in control group (58.3%, P<0.05). Total cholesterol

(TC), triglyceride (TG),high and low shear, plasma viscosity,

hematocrit and fibrinogen in treatment group were reduced more

obviously compared with those in control group

(P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion Integrated Western medicine

and Traditional Chinese Medicine in treating diabetes can not

only alleviate the symptoms of the patients but also improve the

fat metabolism and microcirculation. It has better effects on

diabetes than only use western medicine.

随着经济发展和生活方式改变，糖尿病的发病率逐年上升，

发病的年龄也日趋低龄化。此外糖尿病人群中发生冠状动脉粥样硬化

性心脏病（以下简称冠心病） 缺血性或出血性脑血管病、失明、肢端 、

坏疽等严重并发症均明显高于非糖尿病人群。因此，糖尿病已成为严

重威胁人类健康的世界性公共卫生问题。2005-01—2007-02，我们运

用中西医结合治疗肥胖型 2 型糖尿病 60 例，并与单纯西医治疗 60 例

对照观察，现报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料 全部 120 例均为本院中医内科门诊患者， 机 随

分为 2 组。治疗组 60 例，男 32 例，女 28 例；年龄 43～56 岁，平均

（50.3±3.48）岁；病程最短 6 个月，最长 5 年。对照组 60 例，男

31 例，女 29 例；年龄 44～56 岁，平均（50.8±3.39）岁；病程最短

6 个月， 最长 6 年。 组病例一般资料比较差异无统计学意义 P＞0.05）
