如有你有帮助，请购买下载，谢谢！摘要本设计通过查阅大量的相关资料，对年产万吨玉米须饮料进行了工厂设计。介绍了玉米须的化学成分、药理作用、以及玉米须饮料的发展现状，未来市场走向；进行了工厂的选址、厂区车间的平面设计和生产工艺及论证；以生产的工艺和车间的布置为重点，进行了物料衡算、热量衡算、水电汽用量的估算、设备的选型、劳动力的估算、辅助部门的设计等；据此使用 CAD 软件绘制出了生产工艺流程图、总厂区布置图、车间布置图、局部设备图以及首页图。对玉米须饮料工厂的总投资和回收期做了经济估算。通过计算得出以下结论：每天按照 2 班进行生产，每班 8h,全年生产 300 天，玉米须饮料的生产能力为 t/h；所需原料玉米须为 1900 t/年，蔗糖 1520 t/年，柠檬酸为 25 t/年。由物料衡算和热量衡算计算得出，全厂每天消耗用水量为 t，用电量为 kw，消耗蒸汽用量为 kg/h。本次设计估算了全厂总面积为 3127 m2，总投资为万元，年净利润为万元，预计的投资回收期为 12 个月。关键词：玉米须；饮料；工厂设计；工艺流程；经济核算如有你有帮助，请购买下载，谢谢！ Abstract The factory design of Corn stigma beverage with the annual output of 25000 tons was carried out in this paper by consulting a lot of related information. The chemical composition, pharmacological action of the the corn stigma, the development status and the direction of the market in the future of stigma beverage were introduces. Factory location, the factory workshop plane design and production technology and demonstration were accomplished；With emphasis on the production process and layout of the workshop, carry out numeration of the material balance, heat balance, of the consumption of water, electricity, steam,and labor，and have a equipment selection as well ；Accordingly draw the factory layout, workshop layout, production process flow diagram, the local equipment and home page by CAD. Making a estimate of total investment and payback period of the corn stigma beverage factory . By calculating, get the following conclusions. the capacity of corn stigma beverage production is t/h on the basis of two classes every day, each class 8 h, 300 days of annual production. The raw materials requirement of corn stigma, sugar , citric acid is 1900 t/year, 1520 t/a, 25 t/year, the material balance and heat balance, calculate that the whole plant daily consumption of water is , electricity consumption is , steam consumption is total area of the whole plant were estimated as 3127m2, total investment is million yuan, net profit is million yuan, payback period were estimated is 12 months.
