Unit Six Happy birthday! (Part 1)
教学目标:
知识目标:能够听懂、会说核心句型 How many...?
能力目标:能够在情境中运用句型How many ..?有礼貌地询问别人物品的数量。
能够用正确的语音语调朗读对话。
情感态度:培养学生与人交往的能力,促进学生全面发展。
教材分析:本课内容是人民教育出版社出版的英语三年级上 册Unit Six Happy birthday!第一课时。这节课是对话教学,属于听说课型。教师教授新知时进行大量的听音模仿练习,培养学生的语感。
学情分析:
英语对三年级学生来说是一门新开设的课程,基础薄弱。根据三年级的孩子好模仿,爱表现,凭兴趣做事的特点,教师在教学时运用多种教学法来激发学生的学习兴趣,调动他们的积极性。孩子已经能够听说十以内的数字,为本节课的学习打好基础。
教学重难点:
1、 How many ..? 的得体运用。

教学过程:
一、 热身(Warm-up)
1、 Greetings
T:Good morning,boys and girls. Ss: Good morning,Janey.
T: What’s your name? Ss: My name is ...
T: Nice to meet you. Ss:Nice to meet you, too.
T:How are you? Ss: I’m fine, thank you.
2、Sing a song “Ten little candles”
T:Do you like song? Ss:Yes.
T: I like song,too. Now, Let’s sine a song together.
二、呈现新课(Presentation)
1、Watch the picture
T: Look at the picture.What do you want to say about the picture? (教师鼓励学生勇敢的表达自己,想到什么说什么。)
Ss: Maybe someone will have a birthday. Maybe someone wants to eat cake. ...
T:What can you see?
Ss: I see three persons. I see some cake. I see Sam and his mum. ...
T:Who is the woman?(教师出示售货员的照片)
Ss: She is waiter.
T: Where are they
Ss: They are in the cake shop.
2、Watch the video
T:After watching the video,can you guess what are they doing?
Ss: They are buying cake.
T:Who speaks first?
Ss: Sam’s mum speaks first.
3、Show sentences(教师先让学生听录音,在出示句子)
(1)This one ,please.
T:Now ,listen What does Mum say?
Ss: This one, please.
T:Which one does Sam’s mum choose?(教师展示教材提供的蛋糕图片,让学生自己挑出Sam 妈妈选择的蛋糕图片)
T:What does “this one” mean?
Ss:The cake.
(2) How many plates?
T: Listen what does the waiter say?
Ss: Sure. How many plates?
Show the picture of plate. How many plates? (出示盘子的照片,让学生自己数一数多少个盘子)
T: How many plates does Sam choose?
Ss: Five.
T: Can you guess how many persons will join Sam’s birthday?
Ss: Five.
三、Practice
1、 Read the talk.(个人读,小组读)
2、 Go shopping.
T:Tomorrow is Miss Li’s birthday. Let’s Choose birthday gifts for him.
A: I’d like some pencils,please.
B: Sure. How many?
A: Five.
B: Here you are.
A: Thank you.
3、 Count and say.
T: Sam gets many gifts, let’s see what are they?
Ss: Books, crayons,bears, cakes,pencils...(教师提醒学生名词变复数的发音)
T: Let’s count how many gifts did he get?
T: How many candles?
S1: Six.
T: How many ducks ?
S2:Five.
4、 Let’s dub.
5、 Role play.(根据评分规则,对每组扮演同学进行评价)
