Teaching plan School: Acheng No.1 Middle School Name : Wu Ran rong Topic: grammar I Teaching Aims: 1)The students will learn how to use Adverbial clause of condition and Adverbial clause of concession and their functions. 2) Students will gain the ability of expressing themselves. 3) Students will get the ability of analyzing and solving problems. II.Teaching methods student-centered approach and task-based approach III.Teaching strategy cooperation strategy, communication and mutual--act strategy. IV.Teaching Procedures: Teaching procedures Students’ activities Purpose of the design Pre-task Lead--in One student will make a speech to raise the students enthusiasm in this period. The students will be enthusiastic about the task of this period. Cooperation and Exploration Show and Improvement 1. The students will have a discussion about their homework ,trying to solve the problems by themselves. The students will work in groups to exchange their ideas. 2. Each group will be given some tasks and then they will try solve the problems by themselves. and then choose a student to explain the questions raised by other group members. 3. They will be evaluated by the teacher in some ways .for example, whether their answers are correct and whether their group members take part in the activity actively. 1. They will be given some exercises and they will work in groups to finish the task. 2. The student will share what they have learned in this period. They can read the sentences they have written. For example ,they can write a poem using “if”, or they can write a short passage. 3 The students give some commends on other group’s work and say something about what they have learned in this period. they will feel the joy of studying by self-learning, self-doing, self-realizing and self-helping; meanwhile, the students will be full of motion and confidence through positive assessment. 1.
