New Words: 1.I'd like some noodles.我想要一些面条。 would是情态动词,无人称和数的变化, I’d =I would ,he’d=he would, (1)would like=want 表示“希望,想要”,但比want语气委婉, would like /want sb. to do sth.”想要某人做某事 would like/want sth.想要某物; would like/want to do sth.想要做某事 would like to do sth. 想要做某事 would like sb. to do sth. 想要某人去做某事 He would like to go out for a walk.他想要出去散步。 Our parents would like us to study well.我们的父母想要我们好好学习。 (2)“Would you like sth.?(你想要某东西吗?)”也是日常生活中用来征求对方许可的一种委婉、礼貌的句型,其肯定回来为“Yes, please./否定回答为“No, thanks.” eg: -Would you like some chicken? 你想要些鸡肉吗? -Yes, please.好的。 /No, thanks.不,谢谢。 (3)“Would you like to do sth.?(你愿意做某事吗?)”是向对方指出建议或邀请的句型,其肯定回答为Yes,I'd like to./ Yes,I'd love to;否定回答为Sorry. -Would you like to play basketball with us?和我们一起打篮球,好吗? -Yes,I'd like/love to. 好的。(-Sorry ,I can’t. I have to ……) 2. noodle cn. noodles(pl.)面条(常以复数形式出现) eg: I often have ___________ for lunch.我午饭吃面条。 3.beef牛肉, mutton羊肉,pork猪肉,chicken 鸡肉 (un.) beef noodles= noodles with beef牛肉面条 tomato noodles = noodles with tomatoes西红柿面条 egg noodles = noodles with eggs 鸡蛋面条 beef and tomato noodles=noodles with beef and noodles牛肉西红柿面条, beef and carrot noodles 牛肉胡萝卜面 = noodles with beef and carrots I’d like beef and carrot noodles. 我想要牛肉胡萝卜面. beef and carrot noodles这是一个名词做定语的短语,做定语的名词通常用单数形式。 eg: noodle house面馆; twin brothers/sisters双胞胎兄弟/姐妹 例外,如:运动鞋/运动衣/运动会 sports shoes/clothes/meeting a woman teacher ----two women teachers, a man doctor--- three men doctors 4. bowl (cn.) bowls (pl.) a bowl of 一碗 …. a small/ medium/ large bowl of noodles 一小/中/大晚的面条 eg: There are ______________________________ on the table. 有两碗面条在桌子上。 4.cabbage洋白菜,卷心菜. 指个数时(cn.), cabbages(pl.),作为一道菜时(un.) eg: There are two __________on the table.(桌子上有两棵卷心菜.)
