Revision:Have a free talk with the students. Revise something learnedHow many hours of TV do you watch every day?What is your favorite TV Programmes?What is your favorite host?Talk about their favourite TV program. (T: Please make a dialogue in pairs. Tell us what your favourite program is.)Step 2.Presentation1. Ask students whether they plan their TV viewing or if they just switch the TV on when they find information about which programmes are on and what the programmes are about.2. Explain the context of the reading passage. Millie is looking on the internet to learn more about some TV programmes.3. Play the tape and students read after it. Ask students if they have ever watched such programmes.4. Give some questions to students to answer and check their understanding.5. Ask Ss some questions to check their understanding.Step 3.
