Unit 11 What do you think of game shows?
Section A (预习学案）
Learning contests: Section A
Learning objectives:
1. Learn the new words:from soap to agree with
2. 询问他人对某事物的看法, 主要句型是：
—What do you think of ....?=How do you like......?
—I like/love /don't like/don't mind/don't stand.......
3.学会正确表达自己的看法
Learning steps:
Step 1 Greeting and the students on duty makes a report.
Step 2 预习单词from soap to agree with
1.学生自己先看音标读单词，找出不会读的单词在书中做上记号，在预习本上写下你认为重点的单词。
2跟着录音机读单词，纠正自己的发音。
3.请记住这些单词。
Step 3 预习新课
1. 翻译1a的 短语。
2. Finish 1a（先看图，组内合作，用英语说出每幅图属哪种电视节目，然后将图与左边的短语匹配）。
3. 1c Pairwork
①大声朗读1c, 并把它翻译成汉语。
②与同伴对话。
③转换人称进行操练，可以拓展延伸，也可以借助肢体语言使展示更加生动。
Step 4 Make up dialogues(2c)
1. 大声朗读2c
2. 运用2a,2b的材料编对话，可拓展延伸
Step 5 大声朗读Grammar focus的句子，理解并翻译。(有不理解的地方可查资料或问老师及其他同学）。
Step 6 3a（看3a和Page 81的表格，练习下面的对话），注意这种句型的不同答语。
A:What does Alan think of Sports News / Health Living /...?
B:He likes it./He doesn't like it ./ He can't stand it ./ He doesn't mind it ...
Step 7 3b 1.用3a中的信息填空
2.注意专有名词大写，专有名词有：
3.翻译词组： 与某人交谈 一个八岁的男孩

4.Cooking is for moms!

注：动名词作主语，谓语动词用第三人称单数形式。
6.大声朗读，并理解翻译该对话.
7.在3b中，你认为还有那些重点和难点？请写下来。
Step 8 Survey 用英语写出你知道的电视节目的名称，并用What do you think of ....句型来讨论。
Section A（展示学案）
Step 1 Greetings
Step 2 Have a dictation the words of SectionA .Then check each other.
Step 3 Check the answers of 1a. 然后学生自由展示用这些短语来编对话，比比 看谁讲得好。
Step 4 展示 1C 的句型 。转换人称进行操练，可以拓展延伸，也可以借助肢体语言使展示更加生动。

Step 6 Listen 1b, 2a, 2b
听完之后，检查答案，全班大声朗读听力材料的对话。

Step 7 练习2b的对话，然后学生自由展示 2c的句型 。学生可以背诵，可以改写，可朗读，也可以拓展延伸。
