一、 教学目标:
1、会听、说、读spring/summer/autumn/winter/warm/hot/cool/cold这八个单词。能应用句子:It’s spring.It’s warm in spring. We fly kites in spring.
2、创设情境,鼓励学生大胆开口说英语,激发他们的学习兴趣。
3、培养学生的听说能力和运用英语的能力。
二、 教学重、难点
重点:会听说spring/summer/autumn/winter/warm/hot/cool/cold。
难点:运用句型“It’s spring. It’s warm in spring. We fly kites in spring......”
三、 课前准备
多媒体课件、单词卡片、小贴画、录音机
四、 教学过程
Step 1: Warm up
1:Greetings.
2:Sing a song.
3:Free talk.
T: What do you do on Sundays?
Ss:I play football/play basketball/go swimming.......
Step 2:Presentation
T:Look at the screen
T:Which season is it? Season means “四季”。Season season...
S:Spring. It’s spring.
Use the same way to teach “summer”、“autumn”、“winter”.
T:How is the weather like in spring?
点名让学生说说春天的天气。
T:Yes, It’s warm in spring.( 出示单词卡片warm,教授单词)
Use the same way to teach “hot”、“cool”、“cold”.
T:What do we do in spring?(让学生看放风筝的图片)
T:Look, we fly kites in spring.(Teach “fly kites”)
Use the same way to teach “go skating”.
Step 3: Practice
T: Look, let me chant.
Spring, spring. It’s warm in spring.
Summer, summer. It’s hot in summer.
Autumn, autumn. It’s cool in autumn.
Winter, winter. It’s cold in winter.
T: Look. Can you finish?(出示课件,引导学生填空。)

Step 4 Listen to the tape
1、听录音,划出表示天气和季节的词.
2、听录音回答问题
(1) What do we do in spring?
(2) What do we do in summer?
(3) What do we do in autumn?
(4) What do we do in winter?
3、Repeat the text.
Step 5 Practice
Four students in a group. Give every group a picture, ask them to discuss and describe. Then choose one of the groups to introduce the picture.

1、Read the text at least three times.
2、Introduce the weather in different season for your family.
