The Applicant acknowledges and represents that he fully understands that by accepting this Application neither the Chicago Rabbinical Council (hereafter “cRc”) nor any of its officers or representatives represent or imply that the supervision and certification applied for will be granted by the cRc.1、申请人明确知晓，接受这份申请表并不意味着芝加哥拉比委员会（下文用“cRc”代替）或其官员、代表必定会为申请方提供监督和认证。2. The Applicant fully understands that certification and endorsement by the cRc depends on many factors, and that the cRc may, at its sole discretion, for reasons that it may not disclose to Application, reject this Application and refuse to endorse or to give certification to the product or establishment.2、申请人完全知晓cRc是否将提供认证由许多因素共同决定，并且cRc有权基于申请表之外的理由单方面决定驳回申请表并拒绝为产品或设施提供认证。3. The Applicant promises that he will not disclose any of the negotiations that may be entered into between himself and the cRc subsequent to the date of this Application.3、申请人承诺绝不公开申请日期之后申请方和cRc之间有可能进行的所有协商内容。4. After preliminarily reviewing this Application, the cRc will require an initial inspection of the premises. The Applicant shall make available his premises for inspection at a time convenient to both the cRc and Applicant. Applicant shall provide the cRc with all further information that the cRc will require, either prior to said inspection or subsequent thereto, including, but not limited to, a list of all ingredients used in the production, names and sources of all supplies, a description of the manner of production, etc.4、初步审核完申请表后，cRc将提出生产场所初步审核的要求。申请人应在彼此都方便的时候安排现场审核。申请人应向cRc提供其所要求的进一步信息，不管是在约定的审核日期之前还是之后。包括但不限于生产所需的原料清单，所有物料的名称和来源，生产方式的详细描述等。Applicant agrees to pay cRc an application/initial inspection fee and reimbursement for all expenses directly related to conducting the initial inspection of Applicants facility. The application/initial inspection fee will be specified in writing prior to the scheduling of the initial inspection, at which time the Applicant shall have the right to withdraw this application.申请人应向cRc支付申请/初审验厂费用，并报销cRc对申请人工厂进行初审验厂相关的一切费用。申请/初审验厂费将在安排具体初审验厂日期前以书面形式详细列出，此时申请人有权撤回申请。It is understood that the cRc shall, at its sole discretion, determine the acceptability of any endorsement or certification of any product used by the Applicant in its operation.双方共同知晓：cRc有权单方面决定是否认可申请人提供经营过程中为其产品进行的各种认证。5. If and when certification is granted by the cRc, it shall be pursuant to certain contracts entered into by and between the cRc and the Applicant. Said contract will contain the conditions and terms upon which cRc will supervise and grant certification. Applicant clearly understands that the cRc shall charge an annual fee for its supervision and certification.5、cRc授予认证时将与申请人签订特定合同，上述合同涵盖cRc提供监督认证的前提条件和各项条目。申请人须明确知晓cRc将每年收取监督和认证的费用。6. The Applicant further warrants and promises that he will not publish, announce, advertise, or in any way suggest or represent to anyone by means or media whatsoever, that his product or establishments have cRc Certification unless and until he receives a letter from the cRc informing him that Certification is granted and that Applicant has permission to use the cRc emblem and to advertise this fact.6、申请人须进一步承诺，保证只有在收到cRc的通知信，确认申请已被批准，已获得使用cRc标志的许可并可将认证一事广而告之后，才能通过出版、通知、广告等方式或者通过媒体等告诉他人自己的产品或设施已获得cRc认证。7. The Applicant, for himself, his heirs, executors, and ensigns, releases and forever discharges the cRc, its officers, members, representatives, and agents from any and all damages that it may have sustained, or any claims it may have at any time against said cRc, its officers, members, representatives, and agents, arising out of any act or omission caused, or claimed to have caused, in any manner whatsoever in connection with inspection, endorsements, or certification of any of Applicants products, operations, or establishments, or caused, or claimed to have been caused by the refusal in granting said certification.7、申请人本人、继承人、执行人及代表永不应让cRc及其官员、成员、代表或机构承担申请方运营中造成的损失；也不应让cRc及其官员、成员、代表和机构为申请方在其产品、经营和公司的审核、监督及认证过程中的疏忽而引发的投诉负任何责任；同样，cRc也不应为拒绝认证而承担有可能造成的损失。8.
