Unit 1 Why do you have cups on your heads?教案
教学目标1. 知识目标: 掌握并运用单词:cup, planned, baseball, more, smile, mistake, with, said 并能够区分单词:cup、cap. 能运用 Why do you have cups on your heads? Why are you laughing? 等句型来询问不理解的事情的原因,并能用过去式的语言 对过去发生的事情进行描述。
2.能力目标: 在听、说、读、演、做的过程中,学习语言,培养学生的综合能力。
3.情感目标: 培养学生学习英语的兴趣,鼓励敢于开口说英语,不怕犯错误。
学情分析学生从小学三年级就开始学习英语,进入六年级的学生已经对英语熟悉三年了。但是有一部分学生不是很喜欢上英语课,学习兴趣不是很高,个别学生甚至有厌恶感,同时,有些学生还是为学习而学习,谈不上兴趣问题;另一方面,学生有一定的分化,两极分化很大又占了很大的比例。学生掌握的词汇不多,阅读课对他们来说很难提起兴趣,甚至厌学。
重点难点能用“Why …?”对不理解的事情进行询问并回答。能用过去式的语言对过去发生的事情进行描述。
教学过程4.1 教学活动【导入】Warming up and lead in1. Greeting
2. Whole class say tongue twister: She sells seashells on the seashore. The seashells she sells are seashore seashells.(
T: It’s easy to make mistakes with English words. (引出新词 mistakes,make mistakes并教授)
【讲授】Presentation1. T: Lingling planned to play a baseball with her friends, but she make mistakes. Do you want know what mistakes did Linging make ? Now Let’s watch the cartoon.(播放课文动画录音,让学生整体感知课文)
2. 提出问题:Q1 What mistakes did Linging make ? Q2 Why do they have cups on your heads? Q3 Why are they laughing? (ppt出示)
3. Read and chose。在回答这三个问题之前让学生去阅读课文,并出选择题给学生让学生去找答案。
4.确认答案并在确认答案时教新词planned, baseball cup, mistake.
5. 学生理解课文后回答总问题Q1 What mistakes did Linging make ? Q2 Why do they have cups on your heads? Q3 Why are they laughing?(个别回答,给小组积分)
6. 再播放课文动画录音,学生跟读,后全班一起读。
【活动】Practise1. Retell the text (完形填空形式ppt出示,让学生复述)
2. Activity4 work in pairs
(1)让学生抢答,给小组积分。
(2)两人一组进行表演:一人搞表情或动作,另一人看着提出相应的问题
A: Why are you crying/ laughing/eating…?
B: Because I am sad/happy/hungry….
