Party B will submit to Party A questionnaires to be distributed to identified individuals and department heads. Party B will build upon the YiDaTec Building A, B and C Program supplied to us to create a more detailed client approved program document which will become the basis for developing a plan layout and the interior design of the Project. Party Bs questionnaire will address the individual space requirements for offices or workstations and their equipment needs. Party B will document the quantity and location of ancillary support spaces that are required to supplement work spaces such as conferencing, reproduction, refreshment and storage. Upon approval of the design directions, including Party A provided comments and requests; Party B will prepare a final Conceptual Design Plan illustrating the layout and distribution of spaces with annotations and critical dimensions. Exhibits such as photographs will accompany the design plan to illustrate the conceptual design direction. The objective of this phase is to prepare a package of more detailed drawings and other documents refining and explaining the Project.
