前言2
本标准的目的是:对于旨在降低影响公共或私有供水系统的感官效果的有害物质(非健康影响)的饮用水处理设备,本标准制订关于该类设备有关的材料、设计、建筑和运行的最低要求。也规定了厂商必须提供给经销商和系统所有者的最基本的产品说明和标签信息。
最后,本标准规定了厂商有义务提供给系统所有者必要的基本服务。NSF/ANSI 42, 44, 53, 55, 58和62中列明了饮用水处理设备中接触水的材料,这些材料要按照NSF/ANSI 61中的一个独立方案进行检测和评估,其准则是按照适合最终饮用的目的而制订的。SF/ANSI 61清单中所列明的水接触设施单元,不另外要求厂商接受。
编号为NSF/ANSI 42-2005e的版本含有正确的表18,而在NSF/ANSI 42-2005中,该表第3栏的大于等于号没有正确显示。
此版本所作修改列明如下:
- 4.2.3.5节的修改处:阐明了如何在没有介质时,通过化学方法将媒介物结合在无介质材料上,在此复杂情形下进行测试。
- 表格7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 和 13的修改处:阐明了化学还原测试的对流冲击要求。此修改指出,在标准规定的平均对流冲击速率和分析方法变化范围以内,个别对流冲击数据点允许有所差别,同时要求在测试整个过程中的总平均进水值稳定在规定的平均进水速率范围以内。
- 6.3节的修改处:列出对DWTU设备上的饮用水喷泉式出水口的相关要求,一定不能让水回流到出口内,应当安装一个防护装置,防止水管接口或嘴直接接触出水口,另外出水口和排水口边缘应当有一定的间隔距离。
- 在1.3节、3节和8节增加了文字,加入了兼容商业模块系统的修改要求,根据实际安装需要,商业模块化系统中可能安装了多种可更换的备用阀芯。
本标准由NSF饮用水处理设备联合委员会按照美国国家标准学会认可程序制订.
