- xxxxxx 企 业 生 产 工 程 编号: 日期: 页号:第1页 共7页 题目:一般注塑零件检验标准 制定人: 批准人: 1.0 目的Purpose: 制定一套检验标准用于检验塑胶零件外观,以便在检验塑胶件时按文件中的标准进行验货。 To set up inspection guideline and quality criteria for plastic cosmetic inspection, It is available for process operation based on documented specification. 2.0 适用范围Scope: 适用于金宝通塑胶部生产的塑胶零件及外发加工的塑胶零件的外观检验。如无客户特别要求将用此标准目检塑胶零件。 It is suitable for all plastic parts manufactured by Computime and outside subcontractor for cosmetic inspection. It will be followed if customer does not specify their cosmetic specification. 3.0 职责Responsibility: 塑胶IPQA、PQC负责对塑胶产品抽样检验及记录, IQA负责外发来料检验。 IPQA & PQC of plastic section are in charge of sampling inspection and fill out the quality record accordingly. Class AQL: MAJ: AQL=0.65. MIN: AQL=1.0. 5.2 外观检验Cosmetic Inspection: 5.2.1 外表部分分类Cosmetic Defect Classification: 5.2.1.1 A类: 待检对象的前面或顶面,通常或使用者最多观注的部位。 Class A: Face of the part, which is always surface faced the user of the product. 5.2.1.2 B类: 次于A类,多为待检物侧面,不经常受到使用者观注。 Class B: lesser than class A. It is always the side of the product. The user of the product pays less attention on it. 5.2.1.3 C类: 又次于B类,多指待检物背面及底面,极少受使用者观注。 Class C: lesser than class A, it is always the back of the product. The user of the product hardly ever pays attention on it. 5.2.2 检查条件 Inspection condition 5.2.2.1光度条件Light Power l 采用光源必须是冷光源。 It must be fluorescence lamp l 光源须从操作者及被检物上方垂直照射。 The light shall be located over the operator and inspected part directly l 工作台面光照度为785-1000lux。 The light power at working space is around 785~1000 LUX. l 检查员视力要求达到国际标准视力1.0以上(包括矫正后视力),且非色盲。 Eyesight of operator shall be 1.0 (International Standard Eyesight) or over (include with glasses) and not color blindness. xxxxxxx 企 业 生 产 工 程 编号:WI.250.0 日期:Apr.21.2003 页号:第3页 共7页 题目:一般注塑零件检验标准 5.2.3 检查方法 Inspection Method: 5.2.3.1 A类检查方法 For Class A: ● 被检物距操作者双目距约45cm(手臂自然曲放)。 Keep the inspected product 45cm away from the eyes of the inspector. (See attached figure) ● 被检面(A类)与操作者视线成45°夹角并沿各轴向有30°左右的转动。 Turn the inspected part from 45° to 30° angles which forms between inspecting surface and line of sight. ● 检查时间: 5秒。 Inspection time: 5 seconds 5.2.3.2 B类检查方法 For Class B: ● 检视距离45cm左右。 Keep the inspected product 45cm away from the eye of the inspector. ● 视线与待检面间成垂直状态 The surface of inspected product and line of eye is at uprightness case. ● 检查时间为3秒。 Inspection time: 3 seconds 5.2.3.3 C类检查方法 For Classc: l Same as Class B 5.3 判定方法 Acceptable Criteria: 5.3.1 如果在3-5秒内在各检测面无缺陷点发现,则PASSED。 No defect is found within 3~5 seconds on the inspected surface, then passed xxxxx 企 业 生 产 工 程 编号:WI.250.0 日期:Apr.21.2003 页号:第4页 共7页 题目:一般注塑零件检验标准 5.3.2 如果有不良点发现且超过容许限度,则REJECTED。 If some defect is found and over the specified limit, then rejected。 5.3.3 对于待检物,在任意给定的检测面(A、B、C三类)。 For all inspected surface. (including Class A,B, C) l A类:当产品总长度: L≤150mm时,任何两个不良点其间距须≥25mm。 A class: If the length (max.) of the product is within 150mm, the distance of each two defects should be over 25mm. l B类:当产品总长度: 150mm<L≤350mm时,任何两个不良点其间距须≥70mm。 B class: If the length (max.) of the product is from。 150mm to 350mm, the distance of each two defects should be over 70mm. l C类:当产品总长度: L>350mm时,任何两个不良点其间距须≥90mm。 C class: If the length (max.) of the product is over 350mm, the distance of each two defects should be over 90mm. 5.3.4 对于两个邻近的检测面,其判定方法及准则等同单一检测面。 For the connection edge of two surface, the criteria is the same as the high class level. 5.4 良品的定义及其检验标准 Defect Definition and Specification: 5.4.1 各种不良缺陷的定义 Defect definition: 5.4.1.1 披峰(毛刺):指树脂溢出的部分,常发生在模具分型面位置上,如动定模的分型面,滑块配合部位,镶件的缝隙,顶杆孔间隙等处。 Burr (Flash): it is defined as the excess plastic of the production. Generally, it is generated at the fixture surface of mould. For example, fixed and movable mould fixture surface, slider block of mould etc. 5.4.1.2 夹水纹(熔接痕):因模具在啤塑时遇到嵌件,孔洞(包括栅格),流速不连贯的区料域,充模料流中断的区域而以多股形式汇合时,因不能完全熔合而产生线状熔接缝。 Weld-line: The defect is generated at the connection of different plastic flow during molding. 5.4.1.3 混色:因注塑时塑化时间短,使色粉(色母)搅拌不均匀,造成塑胶零件表面颜色不一致 的不规则条纹。 Mixed color: Because of short plastication or uneven of mother-color, it is caused visible versicolor or tinty line. xxxxxx 企 业 生 产 工 程 编号:WI.250.0 日期:Apr.21.2003 页号:第5页 共7页 题目:一般注塑零件检验标准 5.4.1.4 刮花:因碰撞、挤压而造成表面花痕、划伤等。 Scratches: it is caused by crack or careless handling. It appears a line with length and depth on the plastic surface. 5.4.1.5 缩水:因制品壁厚不均匀,当树脂在冷却时收缩不均匀,在塑胶零件表面或内部形成的凹陷部分。 Shrink: It is caused of uneven thickness of product. It appears concave surface during the plastic shrink. 5.4.1.6 污点:因原料杂质或其它外来物形成的嵌入表面的小黑点等。 Contamination: It appears a black spot on the plastic part which caused by impure material or extra substance. 5.4.1.7 缺料:因注塑工艺或模具设计原因造成的塑胶零件注射不满。 Short plastic: it is caused by improper moulding workmanship or mould design. Generally the mould can not be fully filled. 5.4.1.8 烧焦:在调定颜色的塑胶零件上出现局部的、大片的,甚至整体的颜色变化。 Plastic burn: Partial or whole product discoloration comparison with customer specification or samples. 5.4.1.9 水口印:由于模具进水口处温度过高而引起塑胶零件表面出现的不规则印迹。 Injection mark: the nonstandard mark on the plastic part caused by high temperature in the injection site. 5.4.1.10 胶件表面纹理错:塑胶件底面壳蚀纹不一致或与工程部要求不一致。 Wrong texture : incorrect etching on the plastic surface conflicted with customer’s specification or samples. 5.4.1.11 色差:因胶件厚度突变而产生的颜色变化或产品表面光泽不匹配。 Discolor:color change due to plastic thickness variety mismatch of surface light. 5.4.1.12 顶白(顶高):由于产品脱模不顺畅,造成产品表面在装顶杆处有发白或顶高现象。 Ejection mark:It appeared with white mark on the surface where has ejector pins, because of poor release. 5.5 塑胶零件颜色检验标准 Plastic part color inspection specification xxxxxx 企 业 生 产 工 程 编号:WI.250.0 日期:Apr.21.2003 页号:第6页 共7页 题目:一般注塑零件检验标准 5.5.1 当用分色仪检验塑胶零件颜色时常选用下列参数: when it is inspected under color inspection equipment, parameter setting is as below. Tolerance type: 容差类型:DE*cmc Light 光源: F2/10° 冷光源 C.W.F( 冷白色荧光灯) 容差值: l (2.00) 、 c (1.00)、 cf (1.00) 5.5.2 在一般情况下,cf值在0.6~1.0之间,当△Ecmc<1为合格。如无客户特别要求将按此标准验货. Generally specification cf=0.6~1.0 △Ecmc<1 acceptable.
