FORWARD engineers have helped many companies accelerate their product development, and deliver competitive products to market. This process begins with a consultation by an FORWARD OEM Product Manager. Manufacturing FORWARD supplies complete manufacturing solutions for a wide range of computer products. We can provide manufactured components that are assembled at your facilities, or you can outsource assembly and testing and have FORWARD manufacture a complete ready-to-ship product. Branding Branding includes screen printing on product front panels and shipping boxes, relabeling technical documentation, and other customisations that make your product uniquely yours. Branding is very important because customers need an easy way to distinguish your products from the products offered by other manufacturers. FORWARD offers product branding as a part of its standard manufacturing services. Technical Support FORWARD offers technical support to developers who would require assistance with their technical issues. In some cases, OEM digital frame support provides help for developers who need assistance troubleshooting problems with their development efforts. In other cases, technical support means next tier support for your technical support team. Either way, the FORWARD support team will show you why we are rated "best in the industry" by customers. Product Repair FORWARD provides warranty repair services under the terms of the associated product warranty. Repair services are also available for non-warranty repairs with standard costs for parts and labour. FORWARD provides warranty and non-warranty repair services for components, as well as complete systems. Quality Management We strive to take great care over the product quality. It will shorten the learning curve and create a sense of satisfactory which result in increasing the production efficient. SMD Line The the PCB of digital frame manufacturing process as following, the printed circuit board (PCB) starts the process and solder paste is applied were SMD components will be installed. Then the board goes to the SMT insertion line (SMD and SMT are practically synonyms; while SMD refers to the components, SMT refers to the soldering technology). In this line robots pick and place SMD components in their proper location. After SMD components insertion, the board goes to an oven, where the solder paste will be melted, soldering the components to the board. After this process and in several point during the whole manufacturing process employees (usually women) visually inspect the board looking for errors. Lead-Free Solder Solder QA Lead-Free SMT SMT Reflow Machine Quality Assurance PCBA Quality Assurance DIP & Production Line After quality control from the SMD line, the digtial frame board go to the manual insertion line, also known as DIP. In this line bigger components that require conventional soldering are inserted, like sockets, connectors, electrolytic capacitors, slots, etc. The board goes on a mat that runs in front of many employees from this section. Each employee is in charge of inserting a single component to the board. The board goes thru this line until all components are inserted. After this, the board goes to a soldering tank, where all components are automatically soldered. After that the quality control crew comes in action checking if all soldering spots are perfect or not. The warranty regulations mentioned herein are applicable unless they constitute an infringement of national warranty law. WARRANTY · ACUCE (Acuce Limited) warrants the mechanical and electronic components of this product to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year* from the original date of purchase, in accordance with the warranty regulations described below. If the product shows any defects within the specified warranty period that are not excluded from this warranty as described under WARRANTY REGULATIONS, ACUCE shall, at its discretion, either replace or repair the product using suitable new or reconditioned parts. In the case that other parts are used which constitutes an improvement, ACUCE may, at its discretion, charge the customer for the additional cost of these parts. · If the warranty claim proves to be justified, the product will be returned to the user freight prepaid. · Warranty claims other than those indicated above are expressly excluded. WARRANTY REGULATIONS · Warranty services will be furnished only if the product is accompanied by a copy of the original retail dealer's invoice. Any product deemed eligible for repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty will be repaired or replaced. · If the product needs to be modified or adapted in order to comply with applicable technical or safety standards on a national or local level, in any country which is not the country for which the product was originally developed and manufactured, this modification/adaptation shall not be considered a defect in materials or workmanship. The warranty does not cover any such modification/adaptation, irrespective of whether it was carried out properly or not. Under the terms of this warranty, ACUCE shall not be held responsible for any cost resulting from such a modification/adaptation. · Free inspections and maintenance/repair work are expressly excluded from this warranty, in particular, if caused by improper handling of the product by the user. This also applies to defects caused by normal wear and tear. · Damages/defects caused by the following conditions are not covered by this warranty: 1 i. Improper handling, neglect or failure to operate the unit in compliance with the instructions given in ACUCE user or service manuals. 1 ii. Connection or operation of the unit in any way that does not comply with the technical or safety regulations applicable in the country where the product is used. 1 iii. Damages/defects caused by force majeure or any other condition that is beyond the control of ACUCE. · Any repair or opening of the unit carried out by unauthorized personnel (user included) will void the warranty. · If an inspection of the product by ACUCE shows that the defect in question is not covered by the warranty, the inspection costs are payable by the customer. · Products which do not meet the terms of this warranty will be repaired exclusively at the buyer's expense. ACUCE will inform the buyer of any such circumstance. If the buyer fails to submit a written repair order within 6 weeks after notification, ACUCE will return the unit with a separate invoice for freight and packing. Such costs will also be invoiced separately when the buyer has sent in a written repair order. WARRANTY TRANSFERABILITY This warranty is extended exclusively to the original buyer (customer of retail dealer) and is not transferable to anyone who may subsequently purchase this product. No other person (retail dealer, etc.) shall be entitled to give any warranty promise on behalf of ACUCE. CLAIM FOR DAMAGES Failure of ACUCE to provide proper warranty service shall not entitle the buyer to claim (consequential) damages. In no event shall the liability of ACUCE exceed the invoiced value of the product. RETURN RETURN REGULATIONS · Return within 30 days from receipt date can be for refund. Return within warranty time from purchase date can be for replacement, exchange or repair at ACUCE. · All returned merchandise must be in complete original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all accessories, literature, instructions and documentation. · Returns made for non-defective merchandise will be charged a 10% restocking fee. · It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the return freight, and to take reasonable care to protect against damages in freight, if you want to return the product for any reason, we will be responsible for the postage of replacements. · Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. HOW TO DO IT · To obtain warranty service, the buyer (or his authorized dealer) must contact ACUCE customer service (service@) during normal business hours BEFORE returning the product. All inquiries must be accompanied by a description of the problem. ACUCE will then issue a return authorization number. · Subsequently, the product must be returned in its original shipping carton, together with the return authorization number to the address indicated by ACUCE. · Shipments without freight prepaid will not be accepted. Payment Generally, We accept Paypal, western union, telegraphic transfer(or wire transfer) and LC(letter of credit) at sight To Pay by PayPal PayPal () payment system supports Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express and eCheck, it's a best optional for small orders. To Pay by Western Union We accept payments using Western Union() payment services. There are over 334,000 Agent locations worldwide in over 200 countries. Use cash at an Agent location or your Visa or MasterCard online. Pay out is usually in local currency. To Pay by Wire Transfer We accept payments using wire transfer to our business account. To Pay by LC Payment may be made by confirmed irrevocable Letter of Credit provided order. Letter of Credit must be payable at sight, valid for at least 60 days from date of issue. Shipping We can arrange worldwird shipment by express, by air and by sea from Shenzhen. By Express We deliver goods by DHL or UPS with door to door service; normally it will take 2-3 days to delivery By Air It will take 3-5 days to delivery, customer can pick up goods from airport by airway bill By Sea For bulk order, we arrange delivery by sea to main ports of worldwide from Yantian Port, Shenzhen. Delivery time will be 20-30 days accordingly.
