Learn the sentence pattern : What’s your father / mother ? He/ She is a … 3. Learn the dialogue to learn to use the sentence pattern in a real atmosphere. 教学重点 1. The way of changing verbs into nouns of occupations, such as “-er” 2. The way of how to ask and express the occupations. 教学难点 The same contents as above . 教学过程 Step 1. 1)师生问候。 2) 复习上节课所学单词。 3) Show the family picture with thirteen people and talk about it just like this : A: Who is the woman / man / girl / boy… next to / in front of / behind …you ? B: She is … He is … Then lead in the new words by means of what he / she is Step 2 Presentation: 1. Learn the new words : farmer , driver , worker , singer, player ,writer 2. Conclude the rule of changing verbs into nouns by means of adding “-er”: drive ---driver work---worker sing---singer play---player write --- writer farm--- farmer If the pupils can understand ,we can add some more other words like these. 3 . Look at the picture and practice the sentence pattern with these new words: A: What is the woman / man ? B: She / He is a … Step 3 1) Learn the dialogue in Part One. Listen and answer some questions about the dialogue . 2) . 打开课本,听第二遍录音并讲解课文。 3). 听第三遍录音,学生跟读课文,注意语音、语调在情感表达中的作用。 4) . 分组练习对话并表演。 Step 4 Practice: 1. Finish off the exercises about the dialogue on workbook . 2. Listen and circle on Page 47. Step 5.Summary. 1) . 小结本课. 2) . 布置作业,道别 个性化设计: 板书设计 Lesson9 What’s Your Father ?
