Now I feel quite comfortable and relaxed.
quite 作副词，意为“非常；十分”，与形容词或副词连用。
(3)be helpful to 对…….有帮助
e.g: My teacher is very helpful to me.
(4) move from…..to…..从……搬到/移动……
e.g: They move from classroom to classroom.
e.g: They have class from Monday to Friday.
