Unit 9 My favorite subject is science
教学目标:
1. 语言目标
a. 能够听、说、读、写地点名词表示学科的单词:science, math, Chinese, geography, history
b. 能够听、说、认读句子:
----what’s your favorite subject? ---My favorite subject is PE.
----Why do you like PE? ---Because it’s interesting.
--- Who is your PE teacher? ---My PE teacher is Mr Lin.
2. 能力目标:能用目标句型询问别人最喜欢的学科及原因,谁是你的学科任课老师等问题,能谈论自己及他人的喜好及原因。
3.情感目标:让学生去发现各学科的优点,试着去喜好这些学科。
重难点:geography, history 这两个单词的听说读写,
用what, why, who 句型来谈论自己及他人的喜好和原因
Teaching procedures:
Step 1, Warming up
a. chant “ my favorite day”
b. play a relaxing game “put it in the right place”, after that, ask questions:
T: Is it interesting / fun?----Yes, it’s interesting/ fun.
Is it difficult? ---No, it’s easy.
Friday is their favorite day, what’s you favorite day and why?
Do you have PE on …?
Step 2, Presentation
a. T: PE is a school subject. Do you know other school subjects?
Have a brainstorming about the school subjects(出现后领读在齐读)
b. review of the subjects (通过闪烁图片来复习单词,然后齐读)
c. T:My favorite subject is English because it’s interesting.
What’s you favorite subject?
S1: My favorite subject is …
T: Why do you like …?
S1: Because it’s …
T: Who is your … teacher?
S1: My … teacher is …
T: His/her favorite subject is …because he/she thinks it’s… his/her …teacher is …
