一．预习指导：
A. 预习下列词汇：shopkeeper, minute, just a minute, cost , expensive, discount, quite pretty, match, also, enough, mind, Never mind.
B. 浏览76页的两段对话，想想有哪些购物的用语。
C. 知识点拨：
1. Can I help you? 这句话是服务行业常用的一句礼貌用语。相当于What can I do for you?
2. just a minute = wait a minute = just a moment 请稍等
3. 询问价格：How much do/does … cost？ How much is/are …? 或What’s the price of …?
4. have enough+名词+to do sth 有足够的……去做……
5. Never mind! 没关系，不要紧 相当于That’s all right或It doesn’t matter.

1. Ask the students skim the two dialogues on page 76 and try to answer some questions:

b. How much are last year’s cards?
c. How much do the stickers cost?

2. Get the students to make dialogues about shopping in pairs.
