quick.adj.→quickly.adv.

Slow.adj.慢的→slowly.adv.
eg:He runs very quickly.
2. sometimes有时=at times
eg:After school, I sometimes play basketball for half an hour.
3. either...or...“要么...要么...；或者...或者...”
eg:(1)In the evening,I either watch TV or play computer games.
(2) He is either in the classroom or in the library.
注意：either...or...连接并列主语，谓语动词与最近一个主语保持一致。
eg:Either you or I am going there tomorrow.
4. lots of = a lot of “大量/许多” 用于肯定句，既可修饰可数n、pl，又可修饰不可数n.
eg:(1)There are lots of/a lot of birds in the tree.
(2) There is lots of/a lot of milk in the glass.
5. be good for “对....有益/好处”
反义短语be bad for “对....有害/坏处”
eg:Eating more vegetables is good for you.
6. taste 连系动词，“有...味道”/尝起来 +形容词。
eg:This tomato tastes sweet.
类似的连系动词：look（看起来），
sound(听起来） smell(闻起来），
taste(尝起来） feel(感觉、觉得）。
