1. 制动器的安装 brake install
操作者站在制动盘相对于制动器的对面。
Operator who stand in brake disc is opposite to brake device
1.1 拧紧手动松闸螺钉4(螺钉规格见表1)松开锁紧的制动器并移动杠杆和摩擦衬垫,观察和调整两制动摩擦衬垫间的间隙。
注意:手动松闸操作时,切勿引起电磁铁的运动。
manually tightening screw 4 (screw specifications are seen in Table 1) loosen the locking brake and move the level and friction pad , observation and adjustment the gap between the brake and friction pad .
attention: When operate the manual loose gate , make sure not to move the electro-magnet
1.2(向上)顺时针旋转棘轮5的手轮1大约四分之一转(微调)
(upward) clockwise rotate handwheels 1 of notch wheel 5 about 1/4 revolutions (trimming)
1.3(向下)逆时针旋转螺母2(用一个ф4的销子)以便退回回推杆3,这将增加衬垫6之间的间隙,继续该操作,直到两摩擦衬垫间隙超过制动盘的厚度。
(downward) anticlockwise rotate nut 2 (with a ф4 pin) in order to return the throwout lever 3, this will increase the gaps between the pad 6, continues this operation, until the gap between two friction pads surpasses brake disc's thickness.
1.4将制动瓦置于其支撑物上,在制动衬垫之间插入制动盘,安装底座连接螺栓(螺栓规格见表1)
Brake tile is placed on its strutting , insert brake disc between the brake pad, installs the foundation connecting bolt (bolt specification is seen inTable 1 )
1.5检查:
A) 制动盘端面跳动,最大值0.2mm
B) 制动盘垫块相对于底座度: 4%
C) 制动盘相对于底座的中心距(偏差)2.5mm
注意
油漆时不要盖住显示棘爪运动方向的板
1.5 inspections:
A) Brake disc ending beat, maximum value 0.2mm
B) The brake disc cushion compared with the foundation: 4%
C) compared with the brake disc ,the center of the base (bias) 2.5mm
Attention
when paint do not cover the board that demonstrate the movement direction of pawl

2.1 拧紧手动松闸螺钉4(螺钉规格见表1)松开锁紧的制动盘,并移动杠杆和摩擦衬垫的间隙。
注意:手动松闸操作时,切勿引起电磁铁的运动。

2.2 (向下)逆时针旋转棘轮5的手轮1大约四分之一(微调)
(downward) clockwise rotate the handwheels 1 of notch wheel 5 about 1/4 revolutions (trimming)
2.3 (向上)顺时针旋转螺母2(用一个ф4的销子)直到早制动摩擦衬垫和制动盘间获得0.5~0.7mm的总计间隙。
(upward) anticlockwise rotate nut 2 (with a ф4 pin) until the space between early friction brake and brake disc was 0.5 ~ 0.7mm
注意:在调整制动摩擦衬垫时,电磁铁必须处于吸合状态。(见图3)
Attention: When adjustment brake friction liner, the electro-magnet must be in attracts gathers condition. (see in Figure 3
2.4 安装好电磁铁的防尘雨罩。
Installs the dustproof rain shade to electro-magnet
2.5 完全松开手动松闸螺钉4并拧紧锁定螺母。
Loosen the bolt 4 completely and screws tight the nut.
//3、制动器的电力联接 connect brake device
3.1 该制动器必须与ESE型经济电源配套使用。
3.2 打开接线盒的密封盖,用2X(ф10.5-ф15)的双A芯电缆磁铁的接线端子和ESE电源的十和一端子相连接,与极性无关。
3.3 ESE电源的0-220-380电源的接线端子,必须接于相应的单相电源上(电缆直径见表)
3.1 this brake must use together with the ESE economical power source.
3.2 open the sealing gland of connecting box, with 2X (ф10.5-ф15) dual-core cables magnet ESE Terminal Blocks and power of ten and a terminal connected with nothing to do with polarity.
3.3 ESE power 0-220-380 power of the terminals must be received in the corresponding single-phase power on (see table diameter cable)with the double A core electric cable magnet's binding clamp and the ESE power source ten and a post connect, has nothing to do with the polarity. 3.3 the ESE power source's 0-220-380 power source's binding clamps, must meet on the corresponding single-phase source (electric cable diameter see table)
4、制动力矩的调整
4.1 制动力矩是在工厂调整,并经试验台检验的。
4.2 制动力矩值是可调的。
松开铭牌8上的四个M4螺栓,取下铭牌板8,通过拧紧或松开螺母9和10(螺母规格见表3)来改变蝶形弹簧的变形量,调整制动力矩,拧紧,蝶形弹簧的变形量增大,制动力矩也增大。
注意:该操作影响安全,必须由熟练的设备维修工来操作。
4, brake torque adjustment
4.1 brake torque is adjusted in the factory, and the tested at test platform.
4.2 brake torque value is adjustable.
loosen the four bolts M4 on nameplate 8, removed plate 8, through tightening or loosening nut 9 and 10 (nut specifications are seen in Table 3) to change the deformation of the butterfly spring, adjust brake torque, tightening , The butterfly spring deformation increased braking torque is also increased.
Note: the operations have security problem. must be operated by trained equipment maintenance worker.
5、制动摩擦衬垫的更换Friction brake pad replacement
操作者站在制动盘相对于制动器的对面

5.1 紧手动松闸螺钉,移动杠杆和制动摩擦衬垫,观察衬垫和盘间的间隙。
注意:手动松闸操作时,切勿引起电动磁铁的运动

5.2 (向上)顺时针旋转棘轮5的手轮1大约四分之一转(微调)
(upward) clockwise rotate the handwheels 1 of notch wheel 5 about 1/4 revolutions (trimming)
5.3 (向下)逆时针旋转螺母2(用一个ф4的销子)直到制动摩擦衬垫和制动盘的间隙达到最大值。
(downward) anticlockwise rotate nut 2 (with a ф4 pin) until the space between friction brake pad and brake disc to achieve maximum value.
5.4 把杠杆绕绞轴旋转到一侧。Rotate the level around the axis to the other side
5.5 用一螺丝刀把摩擦衬垫从衬垫中取下,并沿与制动盘平行的方向抽出。
Use a screwdriver to take down the friction pad from pad, and pull out it in parallel with the brake disc
5.6 安装新的制动摩擦衬垫,并确定它与闸瓦接合面的配合。
Install new brake friction pad, and ensure it coordinate well with Brake shoe joints
5.7 把杠杆绕绞轴旋转到另一侧,更换另一制动摩擦衬垫。
Rotate the level around axis to the other side, change another brake friction pad.
5.8 (向上)逆时针顺时针旋转棘轮5的手轮1大约四分之一转(微调)
(upward) anticlockwise rotate the handwheels 1 of notch wheel 5 about 1/4 revolutions (trimming)
5.9 (向下)顺时针旋转螺母2(用一个ф4的销子)直到在制动摩擦衬垫和制动盘间获得0.5~0.7mm的间隙。
(downupward) clockwise rotate nut 2 (with a ф4 pin) until the space between early friction brake and brake disc was 0.5 ~ 0.7mm
注意:在调整制动摩擦衬垫退距时,电磁铁必须处于吸合状态。
Attention: When adjustment drag friction liner’s draws back , the electro-magnet must be in attracts gathers condition. (see in Figure 3
5.9.1 安装好电磁铁的防尘罩。Installs the dustproof shade to electro-magnet
5.9.2 完全松开手动松闸螺钉4,并拧紧锁定螺母。
注意:为确保制动器的正确运行,手轮1必须位于(向下)逆时针旋转方向行程的终端,并且手动松闸螺钉4完全松开。
Loosen the bolt 4 completely and screws tight the nut.
Notice : In order to ensure the brake running correct, the hand must be in (downward) anti-clockwise rotation direction of the trip end, and manual brake-4 loose completely
6、人工(手动)松闸
利用杠杆11可以实现制动器的人工(手动)松闸,他可以通过在杠杆上加套管,手动来实现(套管规格见表IV)也可以通过拧紧螺钉4持久的获得
螺钉4还可以由一液压人工松闸装置来代替。实现远距离(人工)控制松闸。
Artifical (manual) lossen gate
Use level II can realise loosen brake artifically, he can put pipe to the level to realise (pipe specifiction is show in table IV ) and also can be realised it forever through screw tight bolt 4
Bolt 4 can be replaced by a artificially hydraulic device. Realizes the long-distance range (aritificial) to control the loose floodgate.
7、制动器工作状态显示 brake work status
微动开关12可以显示制动器的工作状态,制动或松闸,微动开关由与杠杆相连接的挡板13来触发,当制动器松闸时,微动开关处于动作状态。
Switch 12 can show brake work status, brake or loose ,swith is triggerred by the plate 13 that connect with level, when brake is in loose condition, micro-switch is in movement condition.
7.1 使制动器通电处于松闸状态。Make brake connect with power and in loose condition
7.2 使微动开关12触头(处于触电位置)接触挡板13放置。用套筒板手(ф4)拧紧紧固螺钉。
Make mocro-switch 12 is in the place that can connect with plate 13. use Socket spanner(ф4)screw tight bolt
8、人工(手动)松闸工作状态显示。Artifical (hand-operate) loosen work condition
微动开关16可以显示制动器是人工(手动)松闸或者活动。
Micro-switch 16 can show brake is Artificial (manual) loosen or activities.
8.1 手动杠杆11处于手动松闸状态。微动开关16的触头(处于触发点位置)接触手动杠杆11的外轮廓,拧紧紧固螺钉。
Hand operation level 11 is in hand operation loosen status,when micro-switch contact with outer figure of hand operate level 11 , screw tight the bolt.
8.2 检查当杠杆11不在手动松闸位置时(即螺钉4完全松开)微动开关是否触发。
Inspect when level 11 isn‘t at loosen place(screw 4 loose completly) microswitch is triggerred or not.
9、制动摩擦衬垫磨损显示。Show brake friction pad condition
微动开关14可以显示出制动摩擦衬垫需要更换的时间。
micro-switches 14, which reflect the time to replaced friction brake pad
为了准确显示制动摩擦衬垫磨损情况,在制动器换上新摩擦衬垫且处于制动状态时,把微动开关触头(触头位于触发点位置)放在距离板15为14mm的位置,用套筒板用(4)拧紧微动开关紧固螺钉。
In order to give an accurate picture of friction brake pad , a new friction pad installed and in brake condition, the micro-switch contact (at the contact point triggering) place on the board of 15 and 14mm away from the location, Use sleeve plate (4) tightening screw fasteners.

16、制动器的液压连接Brake's hydraulic pressure connection
16.1 制动器必须连接于液压源(矿液)上,该液压源最小供80bars的压力,最大提供100bars的压力。
The brake must connect with the hydraulic pressure source (ore fluid) , this hydrauliccan provide the smallest 80bars pressure, max 100bars
16.2 制动器通过油孔05(布拉格标准管螺纹)与液压源连接。
Brake can connect with hydraulic pressure source through oil hole 05 (Bragg standard pipe thread)
17、液压回路的排气为使制动器正确动作,液压油缸必须排气。
Hydraulic circuit exhaust to cause the brake move correctly, the hydraulic ram must exhaust.
17.1 把制动器油孔与合适的液压源连接。
Connect brake oil hole and appropriate hydraulic pressure source
17.2 在排气螺钉06上安装软管,软管终端浸在盛液容器里。
installs the hose in the exhaust bolt 06, the hose terminal soaks in fluid vessel.
17.3 轻轻松开排气螺钉(六方形,8A/F)
Loosens the exhaust bolt gently (hexagon, 8A/F)
17.4 供液
Supply fluid
17.5 当停止从软管中排气时,拧紧排气螺钉。
When stopped exhaust, tightening the exhaust screw.
18、汽缸制动器的连接
Cylinder brake's connection
18.1 安需要将气源与制动器的进气孔接头用气管连接.(进气口尺寸Z1/4)
needs to connect air source and brake's air intake port attachment with trachea. (air inlet size Z1/4)
18.2 该制动器所需气压最小不得低于5bar,最大为7bar.
This brake needs the barometric pressure to be no less than 5bar, no more than l7bar
18.3 制动器按2.1、2.3调整。
