Good morning, dear judges. Thank you for your time and attention to my presentation of my teaching plan. Today the part I’m going to cover is welcome, from the…unit of Book…, I’m going to present this lesson as follows: Part 1 The analysis of the textbook 1. The contents This part is the first lesson of each unit, it shows us the main task of the unit, the purpose is to make the students be interested in the topic of this unit and lead them to a learning environment. It will be helpful for the students to learn the rest of the unit, if they learn this lesson well. 2. The teaching aims (1) knowledge aims: a. To grasp the key words and phrases, such as: b. (2) ability aims: a. To develop Ss’ basic skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing. b. To train the Ss’ ability of working in pairs (3) Emotion aims: Through the learning of this lesson, the students are expected to develop the spirit of… 3. Focuses and difficult points: The focus of this lesson is to master the new words and phrases such as: The difficulty of this lesson is the training of the language expressions. Such as: making up dialogues. 4. Teaching aids: multi-media computer, tape recorder, power point, an English-Chinese dictionary and projector. Part 2 The teaching approaches I plan to use communicative teaching method, audio-visual teaching method and task-based teaching method, I’ll design the task from the shallower to the deeper, then analyze the task into some mini-tasks, make sure Ss can learn from what they do and learn to how to do. The main activities are: working in groups, performing, talking and so on. Part 3 Learning methods: The teaching objects are Grade… students, they have a certain degree of basic knowledge, skills and habits. I should realize that Ss are the main actors try to develop their creativity and skills. Stimulate their interest in learning English, Ss will finish their task by thinking, discussing, working together and communicating. Part 4 Teaching procedure That’s all for my interpretation, thank you for your attention.
