318第2 7 辑圣经文学研究匿名评审制度圣经文学研究追求发表高质量的原创性论文，采用双向暨名方式对来稿进行评审和筛选。所谓“双向匿名”，是指论文作者与其评审者之间彼此匿名，二者不发生任何利益关系或信息交流，从而保证评审结果的客观公正。按照程序，熟悉该课题的同行专家对来稿观点的新颖程度，论证逻辑、材料使用、语言表达的合理性等进行判断，并就该稿件是否适合发表、如何修订或改进提出建议。每篇来稿需经由至少两位专家评审；遇到复杂情况，尚需征求更多专家的意见。原作者依据匿名评审意见修改来稿之后，须再度征求原审专家的意见。编辑部将根据同行评审专家的意见决定是否刊出该篇论文。319匿名评审制度Peer Review PolicyThe editorial team of JSBL aspires to publish originalpapers of high quality,and so selects papers via a double-blindpeerreviewsystem.O Author and reviewer do not know each othersidentity,and no interaction or information exchange willtake place between author and reviewer,so as to ensureobjectivity and impartiality.O Peer experts familiar with the topic make judgmentsbased on the innovative nature,viewpoint,logic,use ofmaterials and language expression of the manuscript,andoffer suggestions on whether the manuscript is suitable forpublication and how to modify and revise.O At least two experts are required to participate in themanuscriptreview.O When manuscripts have been revised,expert opinionis solicitedagain.O The Journals Editorial Board will make publicationdecisions based on reviewersreports.
