Unit 6 Planning for the weekend

一.教学内容:
《牛津小学英语》6B Unit 6 Part A
二.教学目标:
1. 能在情景中熟练运用单词和词组:do not have school, see a Beijing opera,play the piano,play the violin, at the concert.
2. 能听懂,会说,会读句型:Would you like to join me? I'd love to. What are you going to do ...? I'm going to...
3. 能正确理解,掌握课文内容,并能以正确的语音语调朗读对话。
4. 通过创设情境,使学生理解感受并能运用所学单词,句型进行交流,进一步培养学生的口语表达能力。
三.教学重点:
1. 关于周末活动的词组和句型在实际操练中的灵活运用。
四.教学难点:
1. 句型的掌握运用。
2. 课文的正确理解。
五.教学过程:
Step 1 Free talk
T由询问今天是星期几和天气如何,引出本课的一些重点句型,在师生对话中,让学生初步感知。
Step 2 Presentation and practice
出示课文图片,让学生看图说话猜测。用What day is it today? What time is it? Who are they? What are they talking about?一系列的问题来和学生们一起学习引言部分的内容。最后齐读。
Ø 呈现课文
让孩子猜一猜文中人物的周末活动。播放全文动画,让孩子记住文中的周末活动的词组。引出Bei jing Opera, play the piano,play the violin这三个周末安排。
Ø 课文第二部分
Do you know who is going to see a Beijing opera? This time please take out your books and turn to page 46. Now let’s read about the plans for Saturday,then fill in the form,OK? Go!
让孩子带着问题读课文,在文中找到一些重要的词组和句型,边找答案,边学习,达到自主学习新知的目的。
Ø 课文第三部分
This is the plan for Saturday, how about the plan for Sunday? Please look at this form, let’s read page 47 by yourselves and discuss your partners.
和学生check the answer后,跟着电脑录音读课文,齐读课文。
做课后的Read and judge (check the ansewr)
Step 3 Consolidation
根据所给的两幅表格,让学生复述文中人物的周末活动。
Fill in the blanks.(完成课文内容的填空)
仿照文中人物的对话,自编一段你和朋友讨论周末计划的小对话,要求用到书中的一些重点句型 。
Step 4 Homework
1. Listen and read Part A after the tape, read the dialogue correctly.
2. Preview Parts B and C.
3. Easter is coming. Talk about your plans for May Day with your classmates or friends. Please use these sentences:
Hello, is that……?Yes, this is …… speaking.What are you going to do ……?
