1、矿权综合管理系统的研发摘要:油气矿业权是依法进行油气资源勘探和开发的先决条件,是油公司的核心资产。而油气储量作为矿业权价值的体现是核心资产的核心资产,保护地则是油气勘探限制进入的地区,因此摸清矿权区块内油气储量地下分布和保护地分布则变得尤为重要。本文以Spring作为业务层核心框架、业界最流行的企业级Java语言应用程序开发框架、以MAPGIS空间数据三维建模关键技术,构建矿权综合管理系统,摸清矿权区块内油气储量地下分布和保护地分布情况,有效支持油田公司的油气勘探开发管理工作;本文将从系统分析设计、实现与部署等方面来介绍该系统的研发。关键词:矿业权;储量;保护地;MAPGIS空间数据;三维建模

2、沈伟刚,王晓星(中国石油杭州地质研究院)开发应用 1 引言油气资源属于战略性矿产资源,关乎国计民生。我国油气资源管理顺应时代发展,不断改革演进,服务国家发展大局1。近年来,随着经济高速增长和产业结构的迅速变化,我国对油气资源的需求逐步扩大,对外依存度持续攀升。2019年12月自然资源部出台 关于推进矿产资源管理改革若干事项的意见,涵盖了矿业权出让制度改革、油气勘查开采管理改革、储量管理改革等3个方面,对“矿权面积扣减、探采合一、改革储量管理”等10项内容提出新的改革举措,对国内油公司产生重大影响。新政实行后探矿权到期延续时将实行25%面积退减政策,因此存量矿权加速发现进而转采矿权变得尤为重要。

3、发现储量并进一步摸清所在位置变得更为重要,构建基于GIS的油气储量三维模型对确定储量地下分布、减少科研成本、高效开展油气储量研究、油气勘探开发战略部署具有主要意义2。利用空间数据叠加技术建立矿权综合管理系统,高效管理矿权内油气储量和保护地变得尤为重要。2 系统分析与设计2.1 系统业务需求分析现有油气系统所能管理的都是相对独立的数据管理系统,并没有与别的系统数据在空间上发生联系,也未能立体展现矿权范围内油气储量在地下的分布,为了更好的了解在矿权范围内保护地分布情况和油气储量在地下的分布情况,进而指导下一步勘探开发工作,有必要通过现有数据形成一套矿权综合管理系统,设计了如下数据流程图(如图1所示

4、)。2.2 系统功能设计系统开发的总体任务是有效摸清矿权内的保护地分布情况和油气储量地下分布情况,从而达到提高矿权区块的管理效率和效果的目的。系统功能分析是在系统开发总体任务的基础上完成的。根据图1所给出的数据流程,本系统需要完成的功能有:(1)地下三维油气储量数据的加载;(2)矿权区块和三维处理数据进行劈分并展示;(3)矿权区块和保护地数据的叠加并展示。系统的整体功能结构如图2所示。2.3 数据库设计根据系统功能需求与数据流程图,本系统需要矿权区块信息表、油气田储量信息表、保护地信息表、用户登录信息表、矿权坐标信息表、保护地坐标信息表、三维储量坐标信息表。其中主要的数据表的数据库逻辑结构如下

6、护物种,备注等10个字段,其中编号为主键);(4)用户登录信息表(编号,姓名,级别,登录时间,注销时间,备注等6个字段,其中编号为主键);(5)矿权坐标信息表(许可证号,区块简称,坐标类型,区域坐标,备注等5个字段,其中许可证号为主键);(6)保护地坐标信息表(编号,名称,坐标类型,区域坐标,备注等5个字段,其中编号为主键);(7)三维储量坐标信息表(区块编号,区块名称,坐标类型,区域坐标,备注等5个字段,其中区块编号为主键)。3 系统实现与部署3.1 系统实现架构考虑到系统用户面向整个中石油内部单位,为方便所有用户操作,系统采用了网络版B/S架构;数据库方面,考虑到各个用户的数据保密性和读取

7、数据的安全性,采取统一底库统一授权互不影响,采用同步锁解决多用户并发安全操作数据;在存储方面,采用基于散列算法MD5加密密码与盐值,再进行存储;在网络传输方面,采用非对称加密算法在浏览器端加密密码以密文的形式传输至服务器。3.2 系统实现技术系统采用Spring作为业务层核心框架,使用业界最流行、最受欢迎的企业级Java语言应用程序开发框架;在数据库方面系统,系统使用Druid作为建立数据库连接池工具来管理数据库连接资源,提高数据访问性能,实现连接资源共享。以MapGis K10为图形数据库,基于以上的分析设计实现了矿权综合管理系统。在构建油气储量三维模型时,系统通过输入等高线、相对厚度和等厚

8、图等关键数据,系统会利用空间数据三维建模技术构建出储量三维模型。在矿权区块、油气储量和保护地叠合方面,系统将通过空间叠加分析技术将矿权区块、油气储量和保护地进行叠合分析,自动计算出区块内的储量信息和保护地重叠数据。4结束语本文根据油田公司对矿权区块的实际管理要求开发了一套矿权综合管理系统。从而为中国石油有效管理矿权区块提供了以下好处:(1)可以导入矿权区块相关各类图形信息、属性数据等;(2)可以随时摸清公司区块内油气储量地下分布情况和保护地分布情况;(3)可以通过空间叠合分析技术了解矿权以外的储量分布,为下一步登记新矿权指明方向。另外,系统简单易用且实用有效,管理人员只需简单培训即可操作系统,
