Globalization and Chinese eating culture With the continuous strengthening of the trend of economic globalization, eating culture has followed the path of globalization. Chinese eating culture is also gradually out of the country and the world's food blend. The globalization of Chinese food culture has many forms. The first is the most direct and the most common way to take all your food and stuff to other countries. It maximizes the Chinese characteristics of the food. During the holidays, one of the activities that people often do is to travel abroad. In the past, people would feel distressed because they are not used to the food in foreign countries, but great changes have taken place now. A variety of Chinese restaurants have been set up in foreign lands. Many foreigners also learn Chinese food by surfing the Internet and reading books. Chinese people who travel and study abroad can eat Chinese food to ease their homesickness and relatives. The second way is to reasonably introduce and cultivate foreign varieties in accordance with the principle of localization to expand the scope of food and resource types. In history, during the Ming dynasty, a man named Zheng He sailed to the west and brought many traditional Chinese food materials abroad, such as tea and rice. He also brought foreign food materials into China, such as potatoes, tomatoes and onions. Chinese chefs make full use of these materials to make a lot of delicious food. The third way is the fusion of cooking techniques and methods from different countries. Tracing back to history, the traditional cooking techniques of ancient China mainly include roasting, stir-frying, boiling, deep-frying, steaming, stewing and stir-frying. With the development of globalization, China has borrowed many cooking methods from foreign countries. Some people also like to chop up vegetables and fruits, pour them into salad dressing and stir them. Food globalization is an inevitable trend of world development. Chinese food should draw on each other's strengths and develop continuously.
