目标
1、 掌握单词cake、card、basketball、beautiful等新单词。
2、 能熟练运 “Happy birthday! how old are you ? I'm … years old.” 等表达。
3、 能在具体的情境完成对话。
4、 在生日祝福中感受爱。

学情分析
本班大部分为留守儿童，对关爱的感受不够，在教学中教师应积极调动学生的情感，唤醒学生爱的情感，可利用单词卡片、图片或简笔画来辅助教学，还可以利用多种教学方法，创设多种情景，如找对子、抛魔方、踩地雷、超级记忆、击鼓传花等，让学生充分融入课堂。

2、能在具体情境中熟练交流。

单词卡片、图片、教学挂图，教学磁带、光盘水果贴纸等。

教学过程

1. Learning “Look and listen”
2. Show the pictures
(学生跟着VCD跟读对话，教师引导学生模仿故事中角色的语音语调)
3. Students use skimming 、skip、scanning to solve problems
4. Check answers together
5. Role play
(学生给VCD中的角色配音)
6.Group work
Students practice to make the talk in groups
Step4  Games (游戏：听音画图) 
教师让学生两人一组，将作业纸和听力答案发给学生。
拿作业纸的学生提问并画出听到的单词图，拿听力答案的学生回答问题。

1.Students try to make a birthday card themselves
