Warm up         Introduce   Elicit       1. Compare location and size Canada and China. Ask students to guess the population of Canada. Ask then what the population of China is. 2. Introduce the topic: Canadian provinces and their populations. 3. Ask students if they know the names of any provinces or cities in Canada. Students will review numbers               Students will name the provinces and territories of Canada Teacher to student
