The document does not cover the facilities provided in the comprehensive warehouse and administration buildings as these have their own facilities to cover the “day staff”. The welfare stations are to be located such that no operative has to travel more than 500m from his normal place of work to a welfare station.每一ISBL部门，例如烯烃、聚烯烃、丙烯腈等，应至少有一个福利站，供相应的操作工使用。位置的设置应保证任何操作工去福利站无须离开他的工作岗位500米。As the OSBL facilities are widely distributed a number of welfare stations will be required. Standard Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) shall normally be stored and issued from the Comprehensive Warehouse, however the Welfare station shall keep minimal emergency supplies of eye, ear and hand protection. The Welfare Station shall also have a basic first aid facility, eg bandages, sticking plasters, antiseptic ointment.福利站应有特殊安全设备，如呼吸器的储存间。应储备并从综合仓库获得标准人员保护设备（PPE）。但福利站应至少库存眼睛、耳朵和手保护等急救用品。福利站还应有基本的急救设施，如绷带，橡皮膏，和防腐消毒用品。Cloakroom Area/Wet Room衣帽间/湿室The cloakroom area shall be of adequate size to accommodate the number of personnel working a shift on the particular ISBL or OSBL unit. It is normally to be used as a place to remove and hang site coats, boots and safety hats during recreation breaks. There shall be separate facilities for male and female staff. The shelter would not be fully enclosed.每个福利站应有一个盖顶区域，提供短时间避雨。此棚不必完全围起。Rest Room / Basic Canteen休息室/简单餐厅The welfare station shall provide sufficient accomodation for the shift operatives during recreation and meal breaks.福利站应提供换班操作工在休息和用餐间隙所需的足够空间。The canteen shall have a small kitchen facility that is capable of making and serving hot and cold drinks and facility for storing and serving hot and cold meals.
