业主外出注意事项(中英文双语).doc

如您需要外出，请您注意以下信息：

1请留下紧急联系方式。并提前告知我们您的出行日程。及告知其他需要我们注意的事项（例如：需要照顾宠物，花草 回来前提前打扫等）。
2一定要锁好门窗，关闭室内总电闸;室内总水阀；天然气阀门等。热水器内储存的水一定要排放完，防止因管道破裂，发生漏水事件；洗衣机、浴盆里的水要及时放掉，防止产生异味或者因道爆裂发生漏水事件；拔掉室内所有电源插头（如卫星电视连接线等）防止雷电等产生的自然灾害；冰箱、储物柜内储存的食物要尽量的提前食用或处理，防止腐烂变质；
3室外晾晒的衣物及其他物品要收回室内妥善存放；阳台搁置的花草树木要施足养分，摆放位置要安全，防止暴风雨等产生安全隐患；（如有需要，在您外出期间，可以让我们代为照顾花草，树木，请提前告知我们）
4家中饲养的宠物要托人照管，不能锁于室内，造成缺少食物、病死、狂叫扰民等现象的发生。（如有需要，在您外出期间，可以让我们代为照顾宠物）
5（如有需要）预交水、电、气、暖、物业服务费等的相关费用，以免产生滞纳金或停止服务给您带来不便；

If you need to go out to travel or work , please note the following:

To pull out indoor attaching plug(such as satellite Cable TV) to prevent natural disasters because of lightning; The food storage in refrigerators must be treat as much as possible before outgoing, to prevent deteroprate because of rot.
3 Lay back drying clothing and other items and properly stored; Fertilize enough nutrients to the flowers and trees in terrace, make sure the position is safe, to prevent potential safety problems because of rainstorm, (please inform us in advance if you need heip, we can take care of flowers, trees for you in your absence)
4 Don't keep pets at home to prevent illness, clamour disturbing phenomena occurred because of the lack of food. (If necessary, we can
take care of pets in your absence)
5 (If required) pay water, electricity, gas and heating, the property services fees and other related costs, so as to avoid any inconvenience because of late fees or stop service.
