1. How did you hear about our school?
My agency, CEDCA highly recommends your school, and I did some school research on the Internet. I found your school is a perfect choice for me.

2. Are you looking forward to a private boarding school? or
Are you excited about going to boarding school?
Yes，I am. Because I have never been to a boarding school before. I think boarding school can offer me a better environment to schedule my time and learn to be independent. By studying and living with my schoolmates, I can learn a lot of things from them.

3. What do you think this school has to offer that you are unable to get at your present school?
Your school can offer me different education. In my present school, I must take all the lessons which school offers although I don’t want all of them. Your school can give me an opportunity to choose what I am really interested in. Besides, I can have more spare time to do what I am keen on, such as developing my hobbies, listening to the music, watching movies, etc.

4. What do you like about your current school? What would you like to change?
My current school is one of the best school in the city I live in. It has a high quality of education and experienced teachers. My English teacher is different from other teachers. She always offers us some interesting topics befor the class begin. Every student has a chance to say what he wants if he is familiar with the topic. I love this, but not every teacher has this sense of eduction. I would like to change the traditional Chinese way of studying and meet more schoolmates from different countries.

5. What is your favorite subject? What subject do you not like? Why?
I like English, physics, chemistry. I’m good at English so I find it is easy to learn at school, and it is a lot of fun by doing experiments in chemistry and physics. I don’t like Chinses because it is so boring to learn in my school.

6. What is your favorite book? What is your favorite movie?
My favourite book is <rush to the dead summer>, written by a Chinese writer, Jingming Guo. The story tells us about how teenagers grow up. The writer wants us to know it is not as wonderful as we think when the teenagers go into the society after graduation. I learned that youth is the most precious time in my life, and we should cherish it. My favourite movie is <wild child>.

7. How would your best friend describe you?

Friendly humorous helpful warm-hearted
I usually tell my friends some funnt jokes to make them happy,and I also offer my help to them when they are in trouble

8. What three adjectives would you use to describe yourself? or
What would you describe yourself?

Faithful confident good-temper
I know what my dream is and what kind of person I want to be.
I want to be a fashion clothes designer because I love fashionable things.i love reading magazines of clothes and I have designed a few clothes.So I want to be a famous designer and people will like my design.

9. What do you like to do in your spare time? or
What are your hobbies?
I love watching movies, listening to the music, drawing, designing, singing, playing chess, swimming etc
I love drawing cartoon people and designing clothes,watching movies about school life,listening to pop,rock and country music.

10. What is your greatest accomplishment? Or
What is one thing you are very proud of?
I have joined the Chinese chess of Chinese Club.There are only a few teenagers in my age learn to play chess, especially girls. so I learn the ablity others can’t.and I also get a few awards.I can design fashion clothes,too.I am good at writing.My compositions were published in newspaper two times.

When I was in grade one,our school offered chess classes every week.And my chess coach chose students who were talented in playing chess to take part in competitions and compete with other students who not only came from different schools but also from different cities. finally I was one of the ten students who were chosen.But it didn't mean that we can stay in the Chess club for good.If you didn't work hard andfail in the chess competitions, you were going to quit the club. Consequently I stayed in the club till last year.Because of the busy study in the school,I quit the club voluntarily.I have win a few prizes in the competition,and win first prize when I was in grade 4.My coach thinks I am a bright student.

11 . How do you spend your summer vacations? How did you spend your last summer?

I usually travel abroadto enjoy different cultures and customs.i have been to Japan, Britain and the united states. I went to the united states last year to improve my English skills by communicating with local people and experience different culture, I had a really good time there.I have studied with my friends in BYU university,and visited Stanford university,Disney land,the universal studios and so on.

12. Who do you respect most?
I respect Lady Gaga most. She is so confident and different. She does what she wants, wears what she likes in front of everyone. She doesn’t give up hope when people thought she was weird and didn’t like her. She tried and tried and tried. Finally she succeeded. Now she has got a huge number of fans and got th best artist prize on the Grammy Award.

13. What kind of activities do you do after school? or
Do you play any sports?
I usually reading books, watching movies. I go to swim and play badminton once a week.

14. Tell me about your family.
There is 3 people in my family, my father, mother and i. my parents both work on hair styles .But the difference is that my mom has her own salon, my father is a hair style teacher who works for other company. We always go out for picnicking, shopping on weekend. And we usually go on trips on holidays.

15. Tell me about your school and your school life. Or What kind of student are you?
I am the students who have a lot of friends and work very hard.

16. What do you hope to learn in our school?
Wider knowledge of physics and chemistry have more opportunity to do experiments
American culture and history

I can set up a Chinese chess Club to introduce the Chinese culture to everyone.
