人教课标版必修5英语Unit4语言点课 课程教学设计 Unit4 语言点课 名师教学设计 课 题 Unit4 Making news(Reading) 教学目标 1. 能力目标 (Ability aim) Enable the Ss to recognize the variety of jobs by talking about future occupation. Enable the Ss to know what is needed to become a reporter and how to work in a team. 2.语言目标 (Language aim) 重点词汇和短语 occupation, delight, submit, cover, concentrate on, update and so on. 重点句子 1) Never will Zhou Yang forget his first assignment at the office of a popular English newspaper. 2) What do I need to take with me? 3) Not only am I interested in photography, but I took an amateur course at university to update my skills. 3.情感目标(Moral aim) Let Ss know about the importance of working in a team. 教学重难点 Teaching important points: The key words and language structures. Teaching difficult points: Know what is needed to become a reporter and the process of working in a team.. 教学方法 Listening, reading and practicing Individual work, pair work, group work 教具学具准备 A computer, a projector 学生活动设计 Listening, reading, Practicing Pair work and group work 课时计划 共 seven 课时,第 The second period 课时 教学过程 教学 环节 教师活动预设 学生活动预设 设计意图 Step1 Warming up / Introduction Task1 Greetings and self-introduction Task2 Talking about the jobs What will be your future occupation? Teacher/Singer.... Individual work -Get the students to greet each other Try to know each other. Use free talk to practice students’ oral English. Step2 Presentation Task1.listening part Listen carefully and answer the questions How many people are talking in the passage? Who are they? Task2. Reading part Scan the reading part from L1-L15 and answer the questions. What is the main idea for this part? The process to work in a team. Task3.Learning about words and phrases delighted: adj. very pleased (快乐的,欣喜的) admirable: adj. having qualities that you admire and respect(值得赞扬的,令人钦佩的) submit: v. to give a document, proposal to sb; hand in sth to sb(递交,呈送) eager: adj. full of interest or desire; keen(热切的,渴望的,热心的) assist :v. to help or support(帮助;协助;援助) concentrate: v. to focus(集中), to gather(聚集) amateur: adj or n. (业余爱好的;业余爱好者,业余运动员) update: v. to bring (sth.)up to date; to modernize(更新某事物;是现代化) Task4. Useful structures 鉌Look at the sentences from passage and find out the rules of structures.(Inversion) -Never will Zhou Yang forget his first assignment at the office of a popular English newspaper. -Can I go out on a story immediately?.... -Learn some sample rules for the Partial Inversion. 1.用于疑问句.E.g. Do you speak English? 2.用于 only 开头的句子(only位于句首,修饰副词、介词短语或状语从句) egg. Only in this way can you lean English well. 3.用于 never, hardly, seldom, scarcely, little, at no time, not only 等否定词开头的句子里.E.g. Never shall I do this again. Individual work -Listen to the record carefully and answer the given questions Pair work -Read the reading part with partners. Group work Scan the part and discuss the question in group. Then answer it . -Students take notes and try to make sentences using key words. Group work Read the sentences and find out the common rules: Will/can/do+ S+ V+….. Try to take notes. Practice Ss’ listening skills and make sure their pronunciation for reading sentences. Practice Ss’ reading skills(Scan and answer the question) Improve Ss’ Level of remembering words and making sentences Improve Ss’ realization of working in a group. And learn a little about Useful Structures. Step3 Summary 1.Key words (Fill the blanks to complete the sentences) -We are you're coming to work with us. -Later you can cover a story and the article yourself. -You will find your colleagues very to you. 2.Useful structures(Choose the right answers) --I failed in the final examination last term and only then ------ the importance of studies. Step4 Homework 1.Remember the key words and phrases in mind. 2.Use four key words to make sentence on work book. 3.Read the passage again with the partners.
