My English teacher is a woman of medium-height. She is in her thirties. She always has a smile on her face and a kind word for her students. As she is also a little plump, she gives people the impression that she is a patient, responsible and easygoing teacher.
This picture of my teacher is true. She devotes herself to the cause of education. She prepares and organizes her lessons so well that we are fully attentive in her class. After class she often gives lessons to the students who have been absent from school because of illness. With her help we have become more and more interested in our English study. Whenever we have problems we will turn to her for help. As a matter of fact, she is more an intimate friend to us than a respected teacher.
We have learnt a great deal from her devotion to her work, her conscientiousness in teaching, and her readiness to help others.

Many people have their own idols. They may be famous singers or attractive actresses. My idol is a 16-year-old tennis player called Seiichi. He is thin and of average height with short hair. He has a smiling face which makes him friendly and lovely. Seiichi is captain of his tennis team, so he always sets a good example for his teammates. For instance, he plays tennis harder than any other one in his team. Even if he was sick in the hospital, he still encouraged his members to practice playing tennis and never give up dreams. In my opinion, my idol KIMI, is the most handsome person in the world. He is above average height and has medium black hair. He is very well-built as if he can hold as much as a man’s weight. KIMI is a successful singer. Last year, he released his album and just on the night of November 1st, he held his own concert. He is also a friendly brother to his fans because of his warm heart. He’s always ready to help others and often donates his money to the poor. I think KIMI’S pathway to success let me know how to be successful and be kind to others, so I’d like to be a person like him. I’m sure he will lead me to success.

Michael Phelps,my idol, a 24-year-old famous swimmer (sportsman)， is fit and handsome, 1.87 metres tall with a pair of clear eyes and short hair. He is a strong-willed young man and also a man who is strict with himself,because he never gives up his dream or takes a day off. At the 2008 Summer Olympic Games in Beijing, he won 8 gold medals，succeeding in breaking 7 world records and having become a phenomenon in swimming.Starting to swim at 5, Michael Phelps had taken part in a lot of swimming contests when he was 7 and he met Coach Bob Bowman who saw the kid’s great talent,which was the turning point in his life. From him, I realize the secret to success is hard work even if you are talented.
