Based on the inquiry of rectisol plant, end user, design institute and Sulzer Shanghai come to an agreement through negotiation as technical appendix. Technical appendix will be attached to PO after both side sign the purchase order.
根据项目(陕西煤化100万吨二甲醚一期工程)有关冷塔塔盘、填料及塔内件招标文件,业主、设计院及卖方(上海苏尔寿工程机械制造有限公司)通过技术协商形成本技术附件所述各项规定和条款。双方签订合同后, 本技术附件将作为合同正式技术附件。
1.2 General demand/一般要求
The requisition documents consist of technical data sheets for internal parts of 2 tray towers and internals. The technical data sheets complete with the mandatory data/column sketch which shall form the requirement on purchase/design/manufacture/check to the internal parts of tray Towers and internals.
招标文件包括2台塔内件技术数据表(详见附件1)。技术数据表由塔工艺数据表及机械数据表及塔体与内件简图组成,为塔盘、填料及塔内件采购/设计/生产/审核/测试要求。
SELLER shall ensure that the design, fabrication, test, inspection and acceptance of goods according to BUYER's requisition documents.
卖方保证产品设计、生产、试验、检测及验收符合买方招标文件要求。
2. 设计基础
The following requisition documents are provided to the SELLER by the BUYER as the design for the project.
买方提供下列招标文件给卖方(上海苏尔寿工程机械制造有限公司)作为项目设计基础。
Please refer to Attachment 1 for complete Buyer's requisition documents.
买方招标文件请参考附件1。
The tray and internal of 2 towers are included in MR document.
本文件包括下列2台设备塔盘、填料和塔内件:

3. STANDARD AND CRITERION /标准及规范
3.1 All parameter will follow international standard (SI).
所有参数均采用国际标准(SI)。
3.2 Material's standard should meet the standard of ASTM or ASME。
卖方所供货物材料采购、检验、试验应符合ASTM 或 ASME相关标准。
3.3 All standard and criterion will follow SELLER standard or requirements in Buyer's specifications unless otherwise listed in deviation list.
除偏查表中所列项目外,所有标准及规范均根据苏尔寿标准或买方技术说明书要求。

Based on the provided process data in your Packed and Tray Column Datasheet, we have performed a hydraulic check on the hydraulic performance. Please find its hydraulic results and comments as below. See detail attachment 2.

Technical Remarks /技术说明:
· Preliminary hydraulic calculation is performed in accordance to your Column Process Datasheet.根据贵方所提供塔器工艺数据包,我方进行了初步水力学核算。
· From the hydraulic results, it shows that column design meets the vapor/liquid turn down requirement of Linde, and also meets the vapor/liquid turn down requirement of Hualu from 50-110% . Maximum Jet Flooding value for vapor phase is 58%. Maximum DC Flooding value for liquid phase is 51%.
水力学计算结果显示,该设计可以满足工艺商linde数据表操作弹性,同时满足华陆设计院技术规格书要求50~110%操作弹性范围。对于气相,鼓泡区内最大液泛值为58%。对于液相,降液管内最大液泛值为51%。
· From the hydraulic results, it shows that calculated pressure drop across the tray section at 100% loadings is approximately 569 mbar, which is within the design criterion of 631 mbar.
水力学计算结果显示,在正常100%流量情况下,我方计算塔盘总压降大约为569 mbar,在允许631 mbar范围内。

Technical Remarks /技术说明:
· Preliminary hydraulic calculation is performed in accordance to your Column Process Datasheet.
根据贵方所提供塔器工艺数据包,我方进行了初步水力学核算。
· From the hydraulic results, it shows that column design meets the vapor/liquid turn down requirement of Linde, and also meets the vapor/liquid turn down requirement of Hualu from 50-110% . Maximum Jet Flooding value for vapor phase is 61%. Maximum DC Flooding value for liquid phase is 52%.
水力学计算结果显示,该设计可以满足工艺商linde数据表操作弹性,同时满足华陆设计院技术规格书要求50~110%操作弹性范围。对于气相,鼓泡区内最大液泛值为61%。对于液相,降液管内最大液泛值为52%。
· From the hydraulic results, it shows that calculated pressure drop across the tray section at 100% loadings is approximately 260 mbar, which is within the design criterion of 305 mbar.
水力学计算结果显示,在正常100%流量情况下,我方计算塔盘总压降大约为260 mbar,在允许305 mbar范围内。

Sulzer BDHTM Floating Valve Tray
苏尔寿公司 BDHTM浮阀塔盘
Advantages:
The unique rectangular-shaped valves set the BDHTM tray apart from conventional valve trays. The valve is oriented parallel to the liquid flow direction, providing lateral vapor release and a closed upstream edge to minimize weeping. This contributes to an improved efficiency and capacity pro to conventional round valve trays. Further advantages of the rectangular valve are:
· Improved liquid flow due to lateral vapor release;
· Improved turndown ratio compared to round valves;
· The wide legs and lack of valve rotation reduce damage and wear;
· Available range of valve lifts and weight allow for optimal design;
· The design allows for top side valve replacement.

Advantages:
Sulzer KnitMesh mist eliminators have an excellent track record as a low cost, highly versatile and efficient method of removing liquid entrainment from gas streams. They are produced as a bed of knitted mesh which presents a tortuous path and large surface area to the droplets entrained in the gas stream. Separation is achieved by impingement on, and capture by, the filaments of the mesh where the droplets coalesce and drain.
The Sulzer KnitMesh VKR™ Mist Eliminators provide high performance wherever liquid entrainment must be removed from a vertically flowing gas stream. The strategically placed collecting channels provide higher operational gas and liquid flow capacity.
优点:
苏尔寿KnitMesh除沫器性能优越,其成本低,是分离气流中液体夹带通用有效方法。该除沫器作为丝网床,对夹带在气流中液滴来说,丝网具备曲折路径和较大比表面积。气流冲击丝网,并被丝网拦截,液沫在拦截地方聚结,最终形成液滴而排液,实现了气液分离。

Sulzer Shanghai will purchase raw material strictly based on inquiry specifications and technical appendix. Sulzer Shanghai is in the position to take responsibility for raw material quality. However, all materials offered are according to accepted industry practice and client must check and confirm choice of material. Under no circumstance shall we guarantee against corrosion.
卖方严格依据招标文件和技术协议中有关材质规定进行原材料购买。买方对招标文件和技术协议中所规定材质等级负责。若因买方所规定材质等级不合适导致卖方提供产品在实际操作介质中发生腐蚀,卖方将不承担此责任。

- Clips, brackets, support rings, ring channels
- Nozzles, manway relevant to the SELLER's scope of supply (elevation & diameter only)
附件图,与卖方供货有关需与塔体相焊接有关部件,如:
- 夹子,支架,支撑环,环形槽
- 与卖方供货有关管口、人孔规格(仅标高和直径)
5.2.3 Installation manual

5.2.5 Design documents can meet require of detail design of buyer.
深度满足买方和设计院详细设计其他可能需要设计文件。
5.3 SELLER's Scope of Design Work
卖方应完成以下设计工作
5.3.1 Do hydraulics design.
完成水力学计算
5.3.2 Structure design of all the internals in scope of supply
供货范围内所有塔内件结构设计
5.3.2 Assembly design of internal parts inside tower bodies which are in scope of supply
供货范围内所有塔内件在塔体内装配设计
6. 卖方供货范围还包括:
- Shop assembly and associated dimensional check.
产品车间组装和有关尺寸检验;
- Suitable crating for inland transportation (wooden case lined with PE).
适合于内陆运输包装(木箱内衬PE);
- Site installation supervision.
塔内件现场安装指导。
7. Exclusions in SELLER's Scope of Supply/卖方供货范围不包括:
- Unloading at site.
现场卸货;
- Column shell/sleeve.
塔壳;
- Gaskets (they are not required for our internals).
