氮气（N2）管线吹扫方案

一、编制依据
1、尿素装置的PID图；
2、尿素生产工艺的基本原理；
3、尿素动静设备工作的基本原理；
4、化工生产的安全技术规范。
二、吹扫目的及技术要求
1、目的：
1.1. 检查N2管网是否畅通。检查管网配管是否有疏漏；检查管网中的法兰，阀门、仪表等的接口处，填料压盖等是否有泄漏。
1.2.由于管道施工及设备制造过程中残留的杂物，如：焊渣沉积物、在管道及设备内表面的氧化皮、颗粒物、附于其内壁的泥砂杂物、油脂、焊渣和锈蚀物等。在工艺管道及设备投用前，必须进行彻底地清除，保证管道、设备的清洁，避免引起发生的堵塞管道、设备；损坏机器、阀门和仪表；玷污催化剂及化学溶液、影响产品质量保证化工投料的顺利进行及安全生产。
2、技术要求：
2.1. 0.7Mpa（A）、25℃的N2用于吹扫各N2管网线；
2.2.吹扫的空气流速≥30m/s。
2.3. 吹扫时，应将管道上安装的所有仪表测量元件（如流量计、孔板等）拆除，防止吹扫时流动的赃物将仪表元件损坏，同时，还应对调节阀采取保护措施；
2.4. 吹扫时，必须在换热器、塔器等设备入口侧加盲板，只有待上游吹扫合格后方可进入设备，一般情况下换热器本体不参加空气吹扫；
2.5.吹扫时原则上不得使用系统中的调节阀作为吹扫的控制阀，如需控制系统吹扫风量时，应选用临时吹扫阀门，吹扫时，应将安全阀与管道连接处断开，并加盲板或挡板，以免脏杂物吹扫到阀底，使安全阀底部密封面磨损；
2.6.系统吹扫时，所有的仪表引压管线均应打开进行吹扫，并应在系统综合气密实验中再次吹扫；
2.7.所有的放空火炬管线和导淋管线，应在与其连接的主管后进行吹扫，设备壳体的导淋及液面计、流量计引出管和阀门等都必须吹扫；
2.8.在吹扫进行中只有上游系统合格后，吹扫空气才能通过正常流程进入下游系统；
2.9. 当管道直径大于500mm和有人孔的设备,吹除前先要用人工清扫,并拆除其有碍吹扫的内件；
2.10.所有罐、塔、反应器等容器,在系统吹扫合格后应再进行人工清扫,并复位相应的内件；
2.11.检查系统内所有管道管卡安装完毕，配备合理，确保吹除过程中不会发生管道震动现象。
2.12如果管线上或机泵的进口有过滤器,应抽掉滤网或拆掉过滤器.
2.13、吹洗时，除有色金属管道外，应用锤（不锈钢管用木锤）敲打管子，对焊缝、死角和管底等部位应重点敲打，但不得损伤管子；
3、吹扫方法方法及合成标准
3.1.吹扫方法
. 与各工段联接部位必须加盲板堵死，待吹除使用时一一拆除，防止带杂物的气体进入其它工序，吹扫按照（前）先总管，后支管的顺序进行。
.吹扫中同时要将导淋管、仪表引压管、分析取样管等进行彻底，防止出现死角；
.吹扫采用在各个排放口连续排放的方式进行。并以木锤连续敲击管道，特别是对焊缝和死角等部位应重点敲打，但不得损坏管道，直至吹扫合格为止；
.吹扫时，要缓慢向管道送气，当检查排出口有空气排出时，方可逐渐加大气量至要求量进行吹扫，以防因阀门、盲板等不正确原因造成系统超压；
3.2.合格标准
每段管线或系统吹扫是否合格，应由生产和安装人员共同检查。当目视排气清净和无杂色杂物时，在排放口用白布或涂有白铅油的靶板检查，如五分钟内无铁锈、尘土、水分及其他赃物和麻点即为吹扫合格。
三、吹扫应具备的条件
1、吹扫范围
尿素装置所有的N2管网，详见附后的N2管网图。
2、具备条件
2．1 2.1. N2管网系统管道安装竣工，强度试压合格；N2管网进尿素界区前总管已吹扫合格。
2.2.吹扫管道中的孔板、转子流量计等已抽出内件后安装复位，压差计、液面计、压力计等根部阀处处于关闭状态；
2.3.禁吹的设备、管道、机泵、阀门等已装好盲板；
2.4.供吹扫用的临时配管、阀门等施工安装完成；
2.5.需要吹扫的工艺管道一般暂不保温，因为吹扫时需用木锤敲击管道外壁；
2.6.提供吹扫空气气源的压缩机已空运转，公用工程满足压缩机具备连续供气条件；
2.7.绘制好吹扫流程图，图上应标出吹扫程序、流向、排气口、临时管线、临时阀门等和事先要处理的内容；
2.8. 如果晚上工作，应考虑现场照明条件，需要时应预先安排好现场临时照明灯。
2.9.准备好用户、施工单位和试车执行部门三方代表签署的吹扫记录表，以便吹扫时填写；
2.10.消防和气体防护器材、可燃气体报警系统、放射性物质防护设施已经按设计施工完毕并处于完好状态。
2.11.岗位尘、毒、噪声检测点已确定。
2.12.岗位责任制已经制订完善。
2.13.试车方案、操作规程和操作法已经编写完成并已印发生产试车人员。
2.14.生产试车人员已经培训并考核合格，持有上岗作业证。
2.15.熟悉PID图和试车方案，掌握试验规程，并了解吹扫过程中的操作要点及安全注意事项。
2.16.试车所需备品、备件准备妥当。
四、吹扫前的准备工作
1、人员准备
1.1.成立试车组，明确分工，进行技术准备；全体参加吹扫的人员必须熟知吹扫方案和N2管网图。
1.2. 在吹扫过程中，所有人员应服从指挥，尽职尽责。统计好检查点，并列出明细表，试验时派专人记录。（见记录表）。

五、吹扫程序（吹扫示意图见附图）
1、吹扫前准备
1.1.检查管网中所有的管道、仪表、阀门是否正确，且符合要求。
1.2.检查关闭管网中的所有切断阀。调节阀用短管代替。
1.3.检查管网中的盲板，短接、+临时管按吹扫图安装就位且紧固。
1.4.用进界区总阀控制吹扫所需的N2量，防止超压。
2、吹扫步骤：
2.1.N2入尿素装置截止阀关闭，拆N2入装置管线对接法兰，加挡板，由界区向装置内吹扫，吹净的清洁度用软铝皮检查，软铝皮无吹打痕迹即可。吹扫合格后法兰恢复。
2.2.将N2管网其他所有支路阀关死。打开总管末端，用总阀开始吹扫总管线N92801-3＂（1P1）-N（30），吹扫合格后恢复。
2.3.然后按照以上吹扫方法分别对N2管网其他所有支路的吹扫，逐步打开各支路切断阀，分别进行吹扫合格后，关切断阀将法兰复位。

六、作业后处理
系统吹扫合格后，拆除盲板，恢复所有仪表、阀门到正常位置。
七、安全注意事项：
1、注意事项
1.1. 吹扫气体排放区应立警示标志并且临时性用绳子隔离。
1.2. 禁止靠近受影响的区域，注意受吹扫气体影响的电器、仪表、设备情况，采取必要的遮挡措施。
1.3. 所有参加吹扫工作的人员必须使用个人防护用品（包括耳塞、布工作服、皮革手套、劳保皮鞋、安全帽、防护眼镜等）。
1.4. 所有被吹扫的管道尤其是吹扫气体排放口必须要支撑和固定，排放气体应直接送到能够承受气体吹扫且结构坚固的气体排放口,如果需要可安装临时弯头和排汽管。
1.5. 吹扫时所加堵板必须认真记录清楚，吹除完毕一一拆除。
1.6. 防止管道甩动或位移，杜绝发生人员伤亡及设备损坏的事故。
1.7.方案实施过程中必须严格执行现场施工操作的相关安全规定。
