1、空间的限定性较强，与周围环境的联系较少，趋于封闭型；
2、多为对称空间，从而达到一种静态平衡
3、多为尽端空间，空间序列到此结束。这类位置的空间私密性较强；
4、空间及陈设的比例、尺度相对均衡、协调，无大起大落之感
5、空间的色调淡雅、和谐，光线柔和，装饰简洁
6、在空间中，视觉转移相对平和，没有强制性的、过分刺激的引导视线因素存在，静态空间总给人以恬静、稳重之感。

（1）经理室（1人）、主任办公室（1人）、会议室、财务室（2人）、设计室（4人）、制作室（2人）、接待、卫生间。
（2）在题10图上按比例进行功能分区及设置办公用具、设施等，完成平面图布置。（分隔面积合理、交通方便流畅）
（3）用150克8开素描纸按比例绘出主要立面图（如：公司门厅、接待、会议室墙饰），标明色彩、材质。
