I. Why linking?
Examples:
1. (老外) “啊，这一些花儿真美丽啦！” （中国人）zhei4 wei4=这位（“这一位”连读减缩）；nei4 ge4=那个（“那一个”连读减缩）
2. (汉语)这衣服真水(shui (j) a 呀)；你技术真臭(chou (w)a哇) ；我好困(kun (n) 哪)；
祖国( guo-a 啊)母亲！
3. (In speaking) A(n) apple; The apple
Why:
1. 3 省：省气、省力、省时
2. 听不懂老外？1）背景知识不足；2）单词没学过；3）不知道连读规则（几个单词合成一个）
II. How to link

1. Direct and straight直接连读
