Executive Summary

Now the proposal was commissioned by the company director. This new system is based on economic and high efficiently for the company director, managers and stuff in the office.

I am an administration manager. This is necessary the following changes, including the ergonomic equipment, the hardware, the software and the network equipment. After the survey, I have collected a lot of useful information and then I made some plans of our information system.
