Pump Control 泵的控制
3.1 Pump Flow Control System
泵的流量控制系统
For each pump， the flow is controlled by a frequency controller, ABB 800 series or equivalent. The main features are:
对每台泵来说，其流量均由ABB 800系列或相当的变频器控制. 主要特性是:
static speed accuracy 静态转速精度: +/- 0.1 ~ 0.5%
output frequency 输出频率: 0 ~ 300 Hz
Hand/auto control 手动/自动控制
Indication of motor speed 电机转速指示
Indication of rated value of speed 转速额定值指示
Indication of output frequency, etc. 输出频率指示, 等
Analog input/output模拟量输出/输入
the longest allowable distance between a frequency converter and a motor：100 m
变频器和电机间的最长允许距离为100米
3.2 Pump Control 泵的控制
List of I/O and Signal Type of Frequency Converter
变频器I/O清单及信号类型:
1. Signals from frequency converter to DCS:
变频器至DCS信号：
1). Motor current and speed signal (4 – 20 mA) to DCS,
电机电流和转速信号(4 – 20 mA)至DCS
2). Working status indicating:including main motor,frequency converter, oil pump and manual/auto status signal, contactor signal（接点信号）
泵运行状态信号:包括主电机、变频器、油泵和手动/自动状态信号
2. From DCS to frequency converter DCS至变频器信号：
1). flow rate control signal: 4 - 20 mA DC
流量控制信号：
2). interlock shut down signal: contactor signal （接点信号）
联锁停车信号：
3． Signal of oil pressure from lube oil loop to DCS, with low pressure alarm，without interlock
由润滑油回路至DCS低油压报警信号 ，但不联锁.
4. The frequency converter I/O signals shall be provided with safety bar.
I/O信号均需加隔离器。
5． Remote/Local Contactor Signal to DCS
至DCS的远程/就地接点信号
6. A signal indicating motor temperatures to DCS from  thermistor (PT100)
来自热敏电阻(PT100)指示电机温度的信号至DCS
7. A signal of pump operation status to DCS.
指示泵运行状态信号至DCS

For operation of the pumps, the control system shall include all circuits for control of pumps’ working, start-up/shut-down, adjustment , alarm with warning lights and horn (excluding power section).
对于泵的操作， 控制系统应包括泵的开/停操作、调节、报警回路,并有声光报警。
The control to the pump can be switched over to the DCS system when the pump is in normal operation.
当泵处于正常操作时, 对泵的控制可以切换到DCS系统.
