教学反思
成功之处：发现学生还是很喜欢我的，要把这个发扬下去，让孩子们的兴趣延续。我也坚持带领学生们阅读！
不足之处：学生们阅读反应可能稍慢一点儿。所以阅读技巧不怎么会。
作为老师，我的阅读课也是讲的不怎么有吸引力，我要加强自己的专业能力，继续努力。
改进措施：教学生阅读技巧和方法，加强自己的阅读课的力度和水平，让学生越来越爱上阅读
