教学反思
成功之处:发现学生还是很喜欢我的,要把这个发扬下去,让孩子们的兴趣延续。我也坚持带领学生们阅读!
不足之处:学生们阅读反应可能稍慢一点儿。所以阅读技巧不怎么会。
作为老师,我的阅读课也是讲的不怎么有吸引力,我要加强自己的专业能力,继续努力。
改进措施:教学生阅读技巧和方法,加强自己的阅读课的力度和水平,让学生越来越爱上阅读
