我的高效课堂教学设计 课题: Unit7 How much are these socks? 科目 英语 教学对象 初一学生 课时 1 提供者 李小芳 单位 临汾市洪洞县淹底乡一中 一、教学目标 Teaching aims: 1. Knowledge aims:Students can memorize the vocabularies of clothes and learn to use “How much” to ask and talk about the prices and clothes. 2. Ability aims:It aims to train students’ ability of talking about the clothes and prices,and develop their ability of communication with other people in English. 3. Emotional aims:It aims to encourage students to be brave enough to speak English and train their abilities of competition and cooperation.Build up correct opinion-----saving money. 二、教学内容分析 This period is the first period of unit7 which is talking about shopping. It’s very close to students’ daily life and many students are very interested in shopping, but they know little about shopping. This period is the first period of unit7, so it’s very important to this unit. The students will learn the core sentence patterns and their oral ability will be trained. 三、学情分析 The students of Grade 7 are very energetic and eager to learn, so they want to show themselves very much. Before this class,, they have learned the vocabularies of color and numbers from one to ten. I believe it’s easy for them to learn this unit. 四、教学策略选择与设计 While dealing with this lesson, I’ll try my best to carry out the following opinions. According to the new course standard, let students the real master in the class while the teacher himself acts as director, and combine language structure with language function. Students will receive some moral education while learning English language. My teaching methods include three parts. The first part is Double-activities teaching method. Let students work in pairs to practice their oral abilities. The next one is pair work or group work method. And the last one is task-based language teaching. My teaching tools include a silver screen, the blackboard, a tape record and some clothes. Learning strategies (1) Learning in groups or in pairs. During this class, students need to work together, communicate with each other and help each other to improve themselves, and train their oral abilities. (2) Creating interesting learning situation for them.Many students are very interested in such tasks.They will study very actively. 五、教学重点及难点 1. Teaching important points They are new language and items of clothing . ----How much is this T-shirt? ----It’s 3 dollars. ----How much are these socks? ----They’re 2 dollars. 2. Teaching difficult points They are singular and plural form words, especially socks, shoes, shorts and trousers. 六、教学过程 教师活动 学生活动 设计意图 Step1. Warming up As summer vacation is coming, it’s getting hotter and hotter. When I get to the class room, I ask my students“What would you like to do during your summer vacation?” As soon as they hear summer vacation, they are very active and eager to answer my question. Some students say they would like to travel. Others say they would like to go shopping. In my pinion, many students like shopping on weekends or during holidays. So when I get the answer, I ask my students“Would you like to go shopping with me today?” All of students will be very happy to participate in this activity. And then we goshopping together. Step2. Presentation In this part, I’ll show them some pictures of clothes and let them guess “What’s this in English?” or “What are they in English?” Many students are very interested in these beautiful and colorful pictures. So they will be very active in this part. And then I’ll teach them these new vocabularies of clothes one by one in this way. At the same time, I’ll let my students pay more attention to the singular and plural form words, especially socks, shoes, shorts and trousers. Memory competition After they have learned these new vocabularies, I’ll design a words memorizing game for them. In this part, boys are a group, girls are a group, you will get one point if you can answer my question quickly and correctly. There are three questions. The first question is“ What’s this in English?” The second one is“ How do you spell it?” and the last one is“What color is it?” Many students are very interested in playing such games, so they will be very active in this part. Step4. In this part, I’ll show them how to ask and talk about the prices of clothes and show them the sentence patterns. At the same time, I’ll tell my students to pay more attention to the singular and plural form words, especially socks, shoes, shorts and trousers. ----How much is this T-shirt? ----It’s 3 dollars. ----How much are these socks? ----They’re 2 dollars. They will be better at practicing these sentences patterns. Step5. Group work After they have learned the new language and items of clothing, I’ll let my students make a survey about the prices of their members’ clothes in their group and make a report about it. Name(clothes) price It aims to encourage students to communicate with each other in English and train their oral abilities. Step6. Playing games In this part, there are different kinds of clothes on the desk. Boys are a group, girls a group. You will get one point if you can guess “How much are these clothes quickly and correctly?” All of students are very active to show themselves in this part. Step7 Reflection In order to give them a right guide on how to spend money in a right way and not to waste anything, I’ll show them some pictures and let them say what do you think of these pictures. In this part, different answers are welcomed. I want to let my students realize that in our daily life, not only do we need to save time and money, but also we should try our best to help those people who are in trouble. We are able to love them. We are able to help them. Step9 Homework Donate things to other people in trouble. The homework is very typical.
