We use the Internet for many things: business, shopping, writing letters, talking to people,
finding information and so on. In recent years, a new kind of English has grown on the
Internet. There's no real word for it yet, so we'll call it e-talk.
     People don't like typing too much. To save time, they turn phrases into a few letters
(called acronyms). Acronyms are often used in chat rooms(聊天室). Some of them are:

What do you usually use mobile photos for? Sending text messages for fun? Playing games? Well, mobile photos can do far than that.
During 2004 Asian tsunami (海啸)，mobile hones saved many lives.
People were using more than 10,000 international phones when the tsunami hit. Police sent text message to them and found more than 2,000. But how? They followed the signal and found out where the tourists were.
So, how can something so small be so smart? Well, here’s how.
When you turn the photo is finding a signal, it also sends a message to the telephone network. This message tells the station where the photo is.
When you start to make a photo call, the telephoto network tells telecommunication(电信) offices where you are. The office will find out who you ‘re calling, then put you through to your friend. When you start to talk, a device（装置）in the photo changes your voice into electrics signals. These signals travel across the telephoto network and reach your friend’s phone. Then his phone changes the signals into your voice again. Finally, you can hear each other.

Australians and New Zealanders are famous for their love of the outdoors. They like to do as much as possible out in the sunshine, and this includes eating!
