实验性应力骨折模型兔的生化指标变化

摘 要:目的 探讨兔应力性骨折发生过程中, 某些生化指标的
变化与应力性骨折发生机制的关系. 方法 选纯种新西兰雄性大白兔
14 只,体质量 2.2~2.6kg,随机分为实验组(8 只) 对照组(6 只). ,
实验组用电刺激器使兔产生跑跳运动,每天 300 次,1wk 训练 6d,共
35d.之后观察各指标血乳酸、磷脂酶 A2、磷酯酰胆碱、磷酯酰丝氨酸
等. 结果 以下指标实验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05):①血清脂质
过氧化产物(MDA)实验组与对照组分别为(0.9±0.2)和(0.6±0.1)
mmol・L-1 ;②腓肠肌匀浆磷脂酶 A2 活性(3.9±0.6)和(2.6
±1.0)mkat;③腓肠肌细胞膜磷脂酰丝氨酸(PS) 139±58)和(142 (
±1)mg・g-1 ;④血清 Zn 含量(17.6±4.9)和(11.9±2.4)
mmol・L-1 ;⑤肌肉组织 Ca2+ 和 Zn 含量实验组分别为(30.9
±4.7) 24.9±3.8) mol・L-1 ,

支持应力性骨折的发生是由于肌肉疲劳和(或)受损时,缓冲运动应
力对骨骼冲击作用的保护能力减弱,而造成应力性骨折发生的应力学
说.Ca2+ 和 Zn
2+ 对延缓疲劳的产生和促进组织修复具有重要作用.

Abstract:AIM To study the relationship between
mecha-nism of stress fracture and the changes of biochemistry
in-dices during the fracture in rabbits.METHODS Fourteen
rabbits,mass from2.2kg to2.6kg,were randomly divided into two
groups:8in the experiment group and6in the con-trol.The
experiment rabbits were stimulated with electricity to let them
run and jump for300times per day,and totally35days.RESULTS
Following indices of experiment group were significantly higher
than those of control(P<0.05):①MDA in serum, 0.9±0.2) (
mmol・L -1 in experiment group and ( 0.6 ± 0.1 )
mmol・L-1 in control; ② the activity of strocnemius
phosphoesterase A2 , 3.9±0.6)mkat in ex-periment group and (

(2.6±1.0)mkat in control;③the phos-phatidylserine(PS)
of gastrocnrmius cell membrane ( 139 ± 58 ) mg・g-1 in
experiment group and(142±1)mg・g-1 in control;④the
zinc in serum(17.6±4.9)mmol・L-1 in ex-periment group
and(11.9±2.4)mmol・L-1 in control;⑤the contents of
zinc and calcium in muscle(30.9±4.7)mmol・L-1 and
(24.9±3.8)mmol・L-1 in experiment group but(25.2
±2.2)mmol・L-1 and(20.3±1.8)mmol・L-1 in
con-trol; ⑥ the Na+ , K+ -ATPase activity of mitochondrial
mem-brane in gastrocnrmius was(1.11±0.47)mkat・g-1 in
ex-periment group and was(0.61±0.22)mkat・g-1 in
control;The Ca2+ coutent of mitochondria was (3.6±0.5)m
mol・mg-1 in experiment group and was ( 2.5 ± 0.7 ) m
mol・g -1 in control.CONCLUSION Changes of the indices
assist the hypothesis of stress fracture and both calcium and
zinc could delay the fatigue of muscle and enhance the tissue
restora-tion.
0 引言
运动与生物膜结构的关系已日益受到人们重视,但以往研究
多以力竭性运动模型为基础,长期跑跳运动是否能引起生物膜结构的
